It is minutes off of highway 65. Less than 15 minutes to downtown Franklin and Arrington vineyard and 25 minutes to downtown Nashville.

Our home is comfortable with plenty of space for everyone! With a living room downstairs, a bonus room upstairs, 3 bed, 2.5 bath, a kitchen big enough to comfortably cook for your whole family, you won`t be disappointed. Relax after a long day in front of the gas fireplace inside, or roast some marshmallows outback by the fire pit. Challenge your friends to a game of chess or watch your favorite show or sport in the bonus room. We have even added a play space for kids in one of our many large closets.

Sleeping arrangements: The master suite is downstairs with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The two guest rooms are upstairs. One of them has a queen bed and the larger guest room has two queen beds.

Cleanliness has always been at the forefront of our minds. Our meticulous home, with all new furnishings, will put you right at ease, along with our thorough cleaning of the property between guests.

Guests have access to the whole house, with the except of the right side of the garage. Guests have access to the left side.

A $300 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 8. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.

Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.

a $50 extra cleaning fee will also be applied if there is loose trash in the bin. As our trash company will not pick it up and our handyman will have to go clean out the bins.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
