Great location. Floors are a little uneven in thw bathroom and hallway, but nothing crazy. Extra fees make the daily price misleading but all in all was a decent spot.

Girls Nashville Trip

Girls Trip! Great place to stay. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great views of the river on and just a short walk to downtown. Only downfall is the upstairs neighbors are a bit noisy.

Space was conveniently located to Broadway and major attractions. Ample parking. Clean. Current construction across the street that's a bit noisy relatively early in the morning and it's also next to a train track.

Wife & I had a great time. The unit is spacious and comfy. View of wildlife and the river from patio was excellent. Everything within was also squeaky clean/spotless - definitely a huge plus.

Nashville vacation

Nice clean place, Cover parking was great. Checkin easy, keypad was easy to get in, tricky to lock outside. easy Uber ride to anywhere downtown. Not sure I would want to walk home from downtown. Would definitely stay again.

The place worked well for us. About a mile walk to downtown which was no problem for us. My only issue was that it smelled a little musty. Overall, a good place to stay. The communication was great, and they even accommodated a date change for us.

Nice stay in Nashville.

Neighborhood is in the process of being renovated, but is, at present, pretty seedy. Unit faces the Cumberland River, which is nice. The extra fees are something to watch out for.

The place was great. Ubers were super cheap to get to and from broadway area. My only complaint is that the door code was a little touchy and hard to operate and a sponge was missing to wash dishes, but there was a dishwasher.

Perfect Little Condo

We came to Nashville for a concert this was the perfect place to stay. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was great. We didn't walk anywhere but it was easy for our Uber drivers to locate us. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the pool, house had everything we needed, enjoyed the visits from groundhogs while sitting on deck. Door quite stiff to open but all good.

Great stay!

This property is located at a quiet area within walking distance to downtown, which is definitely rare to find! The walk towards downtown goes through empty streets, which is nice during the day time but a bit scary at night time, so we always uber/lyft. There was construction happening during our stay so we got woken up at 7 am both mornings, but this is not a fault of anyone. Everything else about the property looks identical to the listing and very clean. Definitely recommend!

Great location and perfect place to stay for the weekend!

Nice and clean place to stay! We had 2 couples. The bedroom had a king size bed and the sofa sleeper in the living room was nice for a second couple. It has queen size dimensions, sleeps more like a full size. The full bath was perfect with a full length mirror right outside. The bathroom is located off the master bedroom. The kitchen has everything you’ll need as well. The communication with the host was amazing!!! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect accommodation for a quick stay!

We stayed here during the CMA fest and loved it. It was a home away from home and a bonus that it had a launderette, gym and pool use! It is around a 30 min walk to broadway but we got Ubers in everyday for super cheap, split between the two of us it was nothing. We loved coming back to chill after a busy day and having all the space rather than being stuck in a small hotel room! Comms were also amazing and if we ever needed helped, a response was never too far away! 10000 stars 😃
