  • Our nearly 1100 sqft 2nd floor condo in a secured building gives you the space you expect and the convenience of everything downtown and then some!

    Step outside and WALK to everything Broadway, Bridgestone or the Ryman in 5 short minutes. Nissan Stadium is <1 mi.

    Located truly the heart of Nashville, our 1 bedroom condo (but with 1 king sized and 1 queen sized bed) will be everything you need during your Nashville adventures! Free coffee, washer and dryer in-unit as well.

    The spacious layout of this condo allows the bedroom and murphy bed to be as separate as possible with the bedroom being at the front of the condo and murphy bed being at the windows.

    Free covered parking right next to the building (1 car only).
