Belmont One Bedroom+Sofa Bed-Sleeps 4

We invite you to stay in our downstairs 1 bedroom apartment which was completely renovated in 2024. The space includes a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom with Queen-sized bed (+sofa bed in living room), and has a private entrance on the side of our home. We live upstairs with our 7-year old daughter and dog.

We live in a great neighborhood that is centrally located a short walk to Hillsboro Village, 12 South, Belmont & Vanderbilt Universities, restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermarket.
Our goal is to provide our guests the most comfortable home away from home" experience possible as they stay in our lovely city.

PLEASE NOTE: We live upstairs and do our best to keep quiet especially during quiet hours which are from 10 PM - 7 AM. Although we do our best to keep as quiet as possible so as not to disturb guests, we have a 5 year who wakes up around 7am and there is a likelihood you will hear us, although we try to keep her as quiet as possible (not always easy with a 5 year old!). If you're planning to stay out late and sleep late undisturbed, this might not be the best spot for you. We like to be completely honest to help manage expectations so our guests have a great trip.

We ask our guests to also keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbors and to be mindful that we live upstairs. We live in a family oriented neighborhood and have a daughter that goes to bed early, so if you’re looking for a place where you can party, this is not the location for you. We look forward to hosting responsible and mature adults. We take great pride in our home and expect our guests to be respectful of our space as you stay here. Absolutely no parties or events.

We have many amenities for families with children that we can make available upon request (baby bath, Pack n Play crib, baby monitor, changing pad, books, toys, etc.). Please feel free to ask!

The hosts were awesome. Instructions written out well. They provided phone. numbers and made it clear they were welcome to questions. The decor was so cute. We loved it. The bed was super comfy. Kitchen space was nice though we did not make use of it.
