  • Our BIG and tastefully appointed 4-bedroom 2-bath Yuma home is only 10 minutes to downtown and one turn is all you need to get there! Convenient to everything 15min or less to Opryland, Vanderbilt, Belmont, Airport, Brentwood, Franklin and only 10 min to downtown! 5 min to the Zoo! NOTE there is an upstairs apartment but it has a completely separate entrance and its rare you will either hear or encounter them.
