Enjoy a stylish Nashville experience at this centrally-located 12 South gem! 12 South is truly the best location in Nashville. Enjoy 12 S. dining and shops, walk to Belmont and Vanderbilt. Five minute Uber to downtown Broadway and the Gulch. This home boasts a gourmet kitchen, dining room and an enormous master suite. The garage has been converted into an all season entertainment space perfect for a group or just extra space to relax. *Please note that like all areas of Nashville there is construction by this home. There are at times new homes being built on this street or adjacent streets. This does mean there can be building noises during the day. Inquire further with any questions. Thanks!

Very good stay

The house was beautiful and the beds were perfect for our group. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because it really was not walking distance to anything. It was about 1.5 miles to gulch and 12 south so technically walkable but not in heels. Great news is it was a short ride everywhere and their were always cars available. Would stay here again.

CMA Festival

Kristin was a wonderful host and the property was absolutely perfect! We had a group of 6 and everyone was accommodated extremely comfortably. The location is perfect with lots to do within walking distance or a short drive to Broadway. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Experience

We had the pleasure of staying here for a few months through the holiday season. It was fantastic all around. The home is modern and comfortable. Spacious and complete. Our host Kristin was great with anything we needed. A terrific host and property.
