The hotel was undergoing a lot of renovations. The lobby was kinda hip. My room was basic, but large and clean. If you are looking for a basic room that is safe, clean, and inexpensive for the area, this is a solid choice. I'd stay again. If you want nicer furnishings, etc., this is not your place.

Loved it here! Great location with a lot to do around while being the perfect distance from Broadway where you can be at places that aren’t crazy but just a quick distance away you can be there too! Staff was amazing, and overall hotel was really nice with fun things to do and a cool bar too!

As an art/music lover traveling from out of state I appreciated the well designed lobby and subtle music elements in my room. All folks working the lobby that I interacted with were very sweet and helpful. Loved the variety of food/snacks that were available as they did come in handy. Appreciated the housekeeping crew being very consistent with cleaning the room everyday. Overall great stay. Great location very close to Broadway St. Would def check out again on my next visit.

Great location, all the front desk staff was super nice. Room was nice, lots of outlets. Only small negative was the wifi. I worked remotely during stay and sometimes the wifi would disconnect. Also, I logged onto Netflix on tv and it would buffer and lose connection.

Hotel itself was good. Great location on West end. Problem was the parking they're not realized there is no self park at the hotel only valet parking. It's construction where you pull up to Valley Park so there's no place to pull the park your car to get out to valet. Go over on the building five times on the 5th pass there's finally somebody at the valet stand and confirm yeah you can't self Park Valley Park I saw there's no place to pull he said I don't want to tell you. We ended up parking across the street you know public parking structure. Hotel itself is kind of dated but it was clean enough it was good for one night's day location is good but hopefully they get the parking fixed

The front desk rep was very friendly and welcoming. The room size definitely surprised me with the amount of space and 2 tvs. The hotel has some exterior renovations going on right now. They have an exterior patio with nice views and multiple chairs to relax. My only issue is that check out is not until 11am. The same employee banged on our door at 9am and 10:30am to ask when we were checking out when I told him both times 11am.

My fiancé and I stayed here for my best friends graduation weekend. I will say initially when I checked in things ran smoothly until later on after we settled I noticed I was charged twice for the stay. Unfortunately with booking through Expedia the clerk mentioned she didn’t see my initial reservation. So, she contact her management team and by time I was on my way out the door to go home they resolved everything. The location was convenient very close to plenty of food spots. The only complaint I have is the smell that kinda lingered in the lobby area was very strong.
