LOCATION At this centrally located gem, attractions like the Johnny Cash Museum, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and the Ryman Auditorium are all just about a mile away, and in-between is your pick of cafes, craft breweries, local bars and music venues. Enjoy the views from the expansive private rooftop terrace. The terrace has plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the Nashville Skies with fireplace and comfortable seating.

There is a two car garage and driveway with free street parking surrounding the house. The first level of the home consists of an open floor plan living area, dining room, and kitchen. The living room sofa folds out to a king size memory foam bed. There is a powder bath in the hall. The second level has three bedrooms including the large primary suite with king bed and large ensuite bath, second king bedroom with an attached jack and jill bath shared with the third bedroom with two king beds. The third level has a fourth bedroom with two queen beds and attached full bath, the bonus room, and the rooftop terrace! This sectional converts to a bed as well. The terrace has plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the Nashville Skies with fireplace and comfortable seating.

Guests have access to the entire house, two car garage, and rooftop.

Great place

Gorgeous home in a great location!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving with friends and family and had the most incredible time. The home is just as beautiful in person as in the photos, with lots of common places to hang out together. The beds in this home are super comfortable and the bathrooms are very spacious with lots of room to get ready. The location was great as we could walk to the local coffee shop and the grocery store was a quick 4 minute drive. We enjoyed our stay and will absolutely be booking again our next time in Nashville.

Perfect birthday getaway

Music Row was the perfect place for our group of 12 adults celebrating a 40th birthday. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was great, Laura was quick to respond with any questions, and we would definitely return! 💯 recommend.

Nice spot in Music Row

Initially we had thought we booked a bit closer to the downtown strip. However, once we arrived we loved the place, location and overall cleanliness and vibe of the rental. Can easily get anywhere in Nashville from this location. It’s a great spot for bachelor or or large groups. Would stay again next time in Nashville.

Great Place

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! The home is large enough for bigger groups and doesn’t feel crowded at all. The roof top patio and fireplace is an incredible touch for an amazing place to hangout in the day or evenings. The owner Laura is incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions you have. I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to Nashville as it’s perfectly set up and it’s cleanliness was great. When I’m back in Nashville I would be going back to this home.

Fantastic House

This is a beautiful house in a very safe neighborhood It is a short Uber ride from Broadway. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. There are a lot of steps to the bedrooms so it may not work well for people with mobility issues. Our favorite part of the house was the beautiful rooftop lounge. We spent many enjoyable evenings there.

I cannot say enough about the impression the property made upon me and my guests. Not only was the location ideal, a few blocks from Vanderbilt university and a brisk walk from the Broadway bars, the cleanliness, character of the neighborhood and cooperation of the property owner was outstanding. Graduation weekend family visit

What a great place! I can’t say enough about how perfect our accommodations were for this big week at Vandy. We had two grandparents over 80 and my 20’s something’s at the house. Everyone had their privacy and there were a number of areas we were able to be together. House was spic and span with amenities galore. So much so we were bummed we didn’t get a chance to use the deck with fireplace. Each floor has its own temperature thermostat which was great for the different preferences. There was so much space and we all felt like we won the lottery being there. Loved our proximity to everything important in Nash. Mostly, the manager was so accommodating and responsive that we were just grateful for the whole experience. Thank you again for a phenomenal stay at a perfect home in a special place.
