Enjoy your vacation in this fully furnished and newly renovated 4 bedroom home with 8 beds and 2.5 baths just 4 miles from downtown Nashville! This property is the perfect gem with close proximity to downtown Nashville, The Grand Ole Opry, and the Airport all within 5 miles or less. The perfect location for all Nashville has to offer nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a large courtyard, a hot tub, game room and fire pit to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends. This house is completely handicap accessible!

The home features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for couples, groups and families looking to spend time together. The house is wheelchair accessible with a ramp to enter and a full bath with walk in shower and shower chair. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and cooking/kitchenware perfect for the gathering you are planning. All bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathrooms are on one level. The additional game room is accessible with a few steps or a small ramp.

There are plenty of beds for up to 10 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms which are located on the same floor as the living space. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite access to a half bath with an additional full bath in the hallway. The two other bedrooms connect to a large ensuite bathroom set up with a double vanity and additional make-up counter.

If lounging and relaxing with friends is what you have in mind, you will enjoy our "Game Room" where a game of darts or foosball can take place or just sit and relax on a bar stool or futon to watch TV. The futon converts to a bed if alternative sleeping arrangements are desired.

Great for groups

We had a group of 8 stay to enjoy the Nashville area. It was a great house to get to get to downtown or any area we needed to. Very clean and provided everything we needed! The hottub was great as we were there when it was chilly. Would definitely stay again!

Great Visit!

My family and i absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was clean and roomy, was located in a great location, close to many of the popular Nashville attractions, and included a lot of entertainment options within the property.

Such a clean and wonderful home!

We had such a fun time at Margaret’s home celebrating a birthday with family. It was the perfect spot and the hot tub was such a plus. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, we would come back!

Great convenient safe private property wheelchair accessible.

Group of 6 stayed here, one being in a wheelchair. The property was described well and so convenient to Downtown Nashville. The owner was very responsive and accommodating allowing us to enter earlier due to flight being earlier. Very clean and spacious!

Great weekend

I'm local, but we stayed here for my bachelorette party for a weekend. It was the perfect amount of space for the 10 of us. Margaret was so gracious and responded to all my questions. The house was so clean and the game room was a fun addition! We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but the outdoor area is so cute and great for smaller gatherings. Thankful for a wonderful weekend!

Welcome Home Comfort

Our trip to Nashville was a holiday family gift. The comforts of the VRBO home and experience were top notch. I am trying to find the best words to express our joy and satisfaction with everything. We have a family member that is 100% disabled and the home was perfect for his power wheelchair access and mobility issues. Thank You for making this possible!! The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood - spacious outdoors- and very convenient to Nashville attractions. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the very basics for “at home” smiles. Still miss having coffee with the sunlight greeting you in the morning hours. Homeowner was very responsive to any questions or concerns and suggestions. Thank You Margaret for making your home available to us. We hope to come back - there are other sights we hope to see. We made a good family memory.

Bachelorette Party in the Snow

First let me say the house is great! Loved the accommodations even with unexpected extreme weather that hit the weekend we stayed. Communication with the owner was good. I had to reach out to her because the hot tub wasn’t getting hot. She did everything she could to try and resolve it for us, but ultimately the weather kept us from getting it fixed during our trip. Couple of friends said the bunk beds were a tad wobbly and they couldn’t find a few kitchen items they needed. The temperature in the house was always spot on and any changes were very easy to make. When we arrived the owner had already went over to salt and clear some of the driveway for us. The walkway was completely cleared off. The only thing I would mention because I would feel bad not giving a heads up. If you are considering a trip in cold temperature's be forewarned the City is not well equipped to clear side roads of any snow or ice. This property is great, but both roads to access it have hills and curves and they ended up covered in ice the day we arrived and only got worse through the weekend. Kudos to the neighbors that jumped in and helped clear the ice as much as possible!! Unfortunately even with a call to the non-emergency city line, we still spent half a day stuck trying to get up a sheet of ice just to go into town and never did see any officials help. Thank you Margaret for making the most of a bad weather weekend. I appreciate the salt and shovel you provided for the driveway. Great place!!

The house was perfect for our group of 8—just as described, clean, and comfortable. We loved using the hot tub and fire pit, and it was only a quick Uber to downtown for a fun night out. The guidebook with local recommendations was a great touch—we tried two spots and both were fantastic, one even with live music. Highly recommend this place for a Nashville stay!

Our immediate family (6 adults & 2 kids) met in Nashville and had a great stay here. Lots of room for everyone, well stocked, hot tub and deck area were a hit. We rented a car and found it to be a great location, within 10 minutes to everything, grocery store under 2 miles away. Would recommend!!

Family vacation

Relaxing Oasis

This home was the perfect place for a family get away! It was extremely clean upon check in and was well stocked in most items. When not sight seeing, we spent the majority of our time on the back deck and in the hot tub. The deck/fire pit area is a such a private, peaceful, relaxing oasis. Margaret was very attentive and awesome to work with. We would definitely stay there again!
