    Your Property:

Built in 1938, this historic Nashville home has been converted into two separate apartments, with this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit occupying the main floor.

Full of original character and timeless charm, the home offers a comfortable and practical stay in a prime location near the heart of Music City.

Each bedroom features a queen-size bed, with an additional twin bed in one of the rooms for extra flexibility.

The living room also includes a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests.

Guests will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, two full bathrooms with tub/shower combos, a dedicated dining area, cozy living space, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

While we've added a newer bathroom and made thoughtful updates over the years, this is still a historic home with signs of age and character throughout. If you're searching for a sleek, modern renovation, this may not be the best fit. But if you appreciate vintage charm, a convenient location, and a comfortable stay at a great value, this home offers an authentic Nashville experience with plenty of personality.

    Guest Access:

Guests have access to the main floor and luggage storage at the back of the house. The upstairs is a separate 1 bedroom apartment with its own private entrance.

There is plenty of parking on site. The driveway leads to a space that can fit about 3 cars at the back of the house. Please be respectful of the tenant upstairs as to not block them in. There is additional parking on the street.

Never again

The property was essentially as described. However, none of the windows can be opened and they are filthy and have cobwebs on all of them. The property is in dire need of some basic maintenance (burned out bulbs, loose door knobs, etc). The biggest problem was that there is an apartment above the property and whenever the occupant is gone there is a dog that barks constantly. I complained to the property manager and they said they were sorry but that they didn't manage that apartment. Yet when they sent someone by to look at the internet which wasn't working, that person knew the dog's name and that it was kept in a crate all day. She also said she needed to go in to the basement to look at some circuit breakers which pertained to the upstairs apartment. So clearly they manage that apartment and are aware of the problem with the dog. I didn't appreciate being lied to and will not rent from Urban Nashville in the future. Also took them a full 2 weeks to return my security deposit.
