Summary: This property is located close to the interstate so that you can get on a drive and get down to Nashville in a hurry if needed. The master bedroom is the only one with a TV besides the living room.

Great place for a pup and for 5 people! Location was great. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay here and will reserve again!! Thank you!!
Convenient location to Downtown Nashville and The Grand Ole Opry. Fun littlentown with some nice little restaurants. Loved the fenced in backyard for pup.

Close see to Nashville
Proximity to downtown was great. Good neighborhood. Nicely appointed interior.
Property was not clean. We had to do a lot of cleaning upon move in - especially the kitchen. Fenced backyard was perfect for the dog. Property was somewhat run down. All in all, however, we had a good stay
Our whole family got together to celebrate birthdays and our daughter's doctorate. The house was very close to our son's house off of Lickton Pike so we all had our own room and could visit them without imposing. The fenced in yard was perfect for our daughter's dog.

Would not stay here again until cleaned up
Outside of the property was unkept with bushes covering the 20 steps up to the front door interior was dated to say the least with only one kitchen towel and very few utensils all the baseboards and walls need cleaning ants in parts of the house need insect control overall experience was not very comfortable if it was if the unit was cleaned up spotless and a few additional things to make it more comfortable might be okay but it was overpriced for what we got and this is really unusual for VRBO as we have stayed with them for 15 years now

Perfect location for a family visit
Location was ideal for us as we were visiting family in this area. Rooms were reasonably sized and layout was good for our group of 5. Property was okay, could use some maintenance inside and out, including a call to pest control.
Had a great trip. The house met our needs for the 35 day stay with numerous trips to the hospital. Host had great communications and no real problems. Found Moss-Wright park and a fine place to walk in the mornings. Not far from downtown Goodlettsville and the mall with numerous restaurants and stores for shopping. Would Stay again.
Just as described in the VRBO ad. Would stay again!

This place is really nice and close to Nashville but it really really needs an upgrade. We walked in to brand new dollar store towels which we did not use. The furniture was falling apart. There were cracks in the ceiling and paint crumbling off of the walls. There were several bugs despite the weather being cooler. There was dirt on the laundry room floor. The air conditioner changed every so often to whatever it decided (it was a smart system so I’m assuming it was programmed that way. The worst part was in one of the bathrooms, there was black mold under the sink. I would recommend the realtor that owns this property spend a bit more money on cleaners and do some general updates on the cracks in the ceilings and the furniture.
Property was an easy drive into Nashville and was close to stores for everything you needed. Neighborhood was great. The home was as pictured, the beds were great. The home could use some general upkeep and some heavy duty cleaning.

Needs maintenance and cleaning!
I don't like to complain and seldom leave reviews, but we have never stayed someplace so dirty and with so many problems. The grout and baseboards are all filthy and gross. The shower in the master bath stopped working; you can't pull down the knob to turn it on. The air vents were so filthy inside that we were afraid to use the heat or air, so we shut it off.
The bed headboard in the master bedroom was hanging by a thread and fell off when my wife sat on the bed. We had to screw it back together and get an Allen wrench to fix it, leaving it better than we found it. The master bath door hinge was loose, making the door very hard to close. The other bathroom door doesn't latch properly; you can lock it but still push it open.
The kitchen faucet handle fell off when we turned on the water but we stuck it back on. We saw a roach and droppings that we had to keep cleaning up. One morning, we found three wasps inside that we had to kill, despite not leaving doors or windows open. The carpet was dirty with stains in many places. The wood under the kitchen sink was sagging down and smelled horribly of mildew.
We had to buy a can opener because they didn't have one. The host didn't reply when we contacted them afterwards and obviously didn't care about our stay or concerns. The cleaning fee clearly isn't being used to actually clean the place. My wife left the place cleaner than we found it.
The good; nice, quiet neighborhood and easy drive from Nashville.
this was listed as pet and small children friendly.
The bad: a small dog could easily have fit through the gates of the fenced yard. The deck on the back of the home is an accident ready to happen with rails about to fall off, exposed rusty nails and old splintered wood. A front window pane is cracked, the bathrooms had visible mold and mildew. Fortunately, our stay was short and the location of the home served our needs but I would not return to this rental. Furthermore, the day before leaving the A/C went out, even though it was fixed the same day, I had to stay behind to wait on service hence missing out on the final day of family planned activities. Was there a justified return of fees for that day.....wasn't even offered.
problems abound with this house, from ants, exposed nails on the front porch/patio, and even a missing hand rail on the front porch, and doors that won't close. Called the property management company and they only responded to the clogged toilet and full outside trash can.
