Need room enough for everyone? We have the place for you! Centrally located to everything (even walkable to some of the hippest restaurants in town) these two homes are perfect!
Only 2 miles to downtown and even closer to Nissian stadium, these stylish East Nashville homes are the perfect Nash Pad. One home is a gorgeous restored cottage from the 1930’s with a large patio with games like corn hole. The other is a large, modern new build right behind the other with a shared yard!
The space
Welcome to the mix of vintage and modern!

Between the 2 homes and the yard, your group will have plenty of space. This listing is for 2 homes. A 1930’s cottage and the 3 story home right behind it (please note the back is a duplex and this listing is for one side of the duplex only). There is a shared yard between the 2 properties.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (only bathroom has only a bathtub, not shower). The modern home has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bathrooms are en suite here.
