Clean and Convenient

This is a self-service hotel. No desk, no key card, you go right to your room. Better than a hotel chain. The room was very clean, and the process was super convenient. Would come back again.

Clean, convenient, but missing a few small things

Overall, this place was great. Very clean, nice looking, great location. There were a few odd things, though. It says in the description that there are kitchen amenities, and a photo is shown of what looks like a kitchen counter. But although there are glasses, a microwave, and a fridge, there are NO plates or forks (and no kitchen, just a tiny shelf with Keurig next to fridge and microwave)! Thus, although we could store or cook a meal, we would have no way to eat it. Also, strangely, coffee was provided, as well as creamer and fake sugars, but there was no sugar anywhere (in room or down in common area). Otherwise, this was great, and I would consider staying here again.

Unique, Clean, and Comfortable

I never stayed in a place so unique. The coffee bar and photo area in the “lobby” was absolutely adorable. The room was spacious and comfortable. The Hotel was located near unique shops and eateries. Will definitely keep West End on my favorites list for when I visit again.
