Spacious and completely renovated in 2025, this bright and pleasant villa offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has 2 comfortable living rooms, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for relaxing and sharing meals.

Located in a quiet area, without vis-à-vis, in a natural and peaceful setting, it benefits from a large garden, a terrace and a private swimming pool for a serene holiday with family or friends.

The accommodation
Designed to accommodate up to 10 travellers, the villa offers beautiful volumes and an ideal organisation to share moments in a friendly atmosphere, while preserving the privacy of everyone.

On the ground floor, you access an entrance hall with cupboard, followed by a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower. An office with sofa bed for 2 people completes the beds.

The living space then consists of a dining room open to a first living room. The spacious kitchen with central island opens onto a second living room, with direct access to the terrace and the garden, offering a beautiful continuity between interior and exterior. An adjoining laundry room (washing machine, dryer, storage) completes this space. A bedroom with private bathroom and separate toilet is also located on this level.

Upstairs, a large landing leads to three bedrooms with storage space in the attic, as well as a pleasant and functional bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower.

Outside, enjoy a large garden ideal for family moments, a beautiful terrace with a large table for outdoor dining, as well as a swimming pool and outdoor shower, perfect for relaxing in a quiet and pleasant setting.

WIFI is available and bed and bath linen is provided, for a comfortable stay from the moment you arrive.

Traveller access
Make the most of your stay: all the rooms of the house, the garden and the swimming pool are at your disposal. Parking is provided on site (5 vehicles).
The barn, meanwhile, remains closed for security reasons (you will have access to the covered part only).
