- Bring your extended family to this expansive 2700 sq ft home with Updated Kitchen, 3 Remodeled Bathrooms, and New Central AC! Located in the popular Eastward Look neighborhood, it's a short walk to Scarborough Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern New England. Enjoy the waves of the Atlantic Ocean and the large Scarborough Boardwalk and Pavilion area. Walk the rocks and fish off Black Point, or just relax in our large backyard. Less than a 1/2 mile to the neighborhood children's playground, tennis courts and basketball court.
8 Kingston Lane features five large bedrooms with a queen bed and a roll-away twin in each. Beautiful Kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room and two large family rooms. Large screen TV in living room and TV's in two bedrooms, DVD & wireless internet. Ceiling fans and portable fans throughout.
Outdoor amenities include fenced in backyard with Fire Pit, Hot/Cold after-beach Shower with Changing Room, Patio and Gas Grill. Beach Wagon, Beach Umbrella, Beach Chairs & Coolers are on hand for your enjoyment
