Get your beach vibe on in this relaxing beach house, that’s been hosting rentals for years, now under new ownership. Gaze at the famous Conant Surf Break from your large deck, one block from the home; a rocky ocean access where you can surf, watch the sunrise, sip coffee, and even spot some sea animals. The Beach Bungalow is the perfect place for your Narragansett vacation. Uber-speed internet connection. Walk to five different restaurants and famous Aunt Carrie’s Ice Cream. The Bungalow is ideally situated between three swimming beaches, a long walk or quick bike ride away.
With four queen beds and a king, you can hear the distant whistle of the Block Island Ferry as you drift off for a restful sleep in the Bungalow that sleeps ten and has everything you need for a fabulous getaway. Sip coffee from your deck while watching the sunrise or enjoy wine and s’mores around the fire pit after grilling up a fantastic dinner.

The location of this property was a 10!!! We enjoyed a perfect ocean breeze every day. We had a newborn and a toddler so we took lots of walks and the neighborhood was beautiful. The new owner was a gracious host who addressed all of our needs and concerns. The space was nice but needed a few upgrades that the new owner plans to address.

Great summer beach vacation

We love the house. Great location Ann Marie was a pleasure to deal with. Check-in was a breeze with a code to get in the door. Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking down the street to the beach next to Point Judith lighthouse. The house was clean and had plenty of room for everyone

Family Beach Getaway

A wonderful last minute family getaway at the beach. We were so impressed to find the perfect place to stay for a few nights, with gorgeous ocean views, plenty of space with bedrooms on multiple levels, fully equipped with everything we needed, and lots of unexpected bonuses such as lawn games, a big fire pit, and an outdoor shower. The house was so clean, beds were all new and comfy, and loved the big table outside for family dinner. Ann Marie is an excellent host. The reservation, check in and check out process were seamless. We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful rental home! The house was absolutely stunning — even better than the photos. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail was clear throughout the property, and it was clear the hosts take great pride in keeping the home in top condition. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and peaceful stay. The house is located within walking distance to two different locations to have lunch & dinner. Including an ice cream location. Approximately a half of a mile to Camp Cronin Dog beach. Also within 45 second walk to a nice bench to enjoy the view of the ocean in the morning. We were also able to see the ocean from the second floor deck. The house comes with everything you would need to cook, we did bring our own beach chairs, but the house also comes with those items if needed. We’d love to come back next year.
