"Unfortunately the property had not been surface cleaned prior to our arrival. In addition, the interior was in poor condition as the window blinds were broken, and mold was on the showerhead. We left the next day and checked into a hotel. Although the renter responded to our complaint, he did not respond to our request for a partial refund."
