The property is fitted with a cool terracotta tiled floor throughout and enjoys a bright and airy living space furnished with a dining table, sofa bed and a TV. This area opens through sliding glass doors to the private patio garden and incorporates the kitchen which is fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a breakfast table. 

Outside guests can relax on the sunny terrace, BBQ meals and enjoy an alfresco meal under the covered dining area.

Bedroom 1: The first ensuite bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a single bed and a wardrobe

The property is located in Sant\'Isidoro a charming coastal village in the southern Italian region of Apulia. The village is renowned for its beautiful beaches with crystal-clear waters and golden sands. The main beach, Spiaggia di Sant\'Isidoro is a 3-minute walk away. 

Sant\'Isidoro also serves as a great base for exploring other attractions in the Salento region. The beautiful Baroque city of Lecce, known as the \"Florence of the South\" is a 30-minute drive and the charming seaside town of Gallipoli known for its historic old town, sandy beaches and vibrant nightlife is a 25-minute drive.
