House dedicated to family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups of young friends for parties or other events.

A deposit of 600 euros will be given directly to the owner during the delivery of keys: Check (for French) or cash.

Recently built and renovated with modern tastes in June 2012
Ideal for family or couple of friends with children.

Das Haus war gut ausgestattet mit Equipment.Schöne Terrasse.Das große Manko, was dem Haus fehlt sind Fliegengitter. Es gibt unwahrscheinlich viele StechfliegenDieses Problem ist auch bekannt von den Vermietern.Stechfliegen gibt es seit Jahren. Ich verstehe nicht, warum man keine Fliegengitter nachrüstet.Man kann Abends trotz großer Hitze keine Fenster und Türen offen lassen, ohne zerstochen zu werden. Ansonsten ist wirklich wunderschöner Strand in der Nähe. Die Innenstadt sowie der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Maison bien placée et bien équipée. Environnement calme et agréable. Mais climatisation annoncée non présente à l’étage au niveau des chambres. En bas petit climatiseur non adapté à la taille de la pièce et très bruyant. Dommage….. Proprietaire non présent à la sortie du logement alors que rdv prévu.

Sehr schönes Haus in einer sehr sehr ruhiger Siedlung gelegen. Im Haus befindet sich alles was man für den Alltag braucht. Alles war Tiptop sauber, nur schade dass wir die Vermieter nicht persönlich angetroffen hatten, aber am Telefon kann ich nur sagen sehr nette Leute.Die Umgebung wunderschön unsere Hunde waren auch sehr zufrieden. Aufenthalt in Narbonne-Plage

Ein schönes, aber relativ einfaches Objekt in ruhiger Lage ohne Durchgangsverkehr; die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Zentrum und Strand sind zu Fuß gerade noch mit vertretbarem Aufwand erreichbar . Positiv sind der Garten und die Liegemöglichkeiten zu bewerten. Eine grundlegendere Pflege des Hauses wäre zu empfehlen (z.B. bessere Reinigung v.a. der Küche und der Küchenschränke, Entfernung des an den Wänden haftenden Staubes, Reparatur des defekten Holzdielenbelages auf der Terrasse, fehlender Griff an einem Badezimmerschrank; dicke Staubschicht auf der im Badezimmer angebrachten Lüftung; Schmutzablagerungen an der Armatur in der Badewanne, Reinigung der Fenster). Die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern ist eher dürftig (für 2 Wochen 1 Handtuch und 1 Duschtuch pro Person, Küchenhandtücher und Geschirrtücher wurden nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch die Ausstattung mit einer Garnitur Bettwäsche für zwei Wochen ist nicht ausreichend (Das musste man dann über die zur Verfügung stehende Waschmaschine lösen.) Eines der beiden Schlafzimmer war mit Zustellbetten völlig zugestellt, die für den konkreten Aufenthalt nicht benötigt wurden. Im Kinderzimmer (m. Stockbett) fehlen jegliche Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Prima Unterkunft.

Die Lage des Reihenhauses ist ruhig, in einer u-förmigen Siedlung mit freundlich-zurückhaltenden Nachbarn. Der Strand ist ein paar Hundert Meter entfernt, das lässt sich auch zu Fuß noch gut machen. Das Haus ist ohne Schnickschnack eingerichtet und sauber, die Ausstattung in jeder Hinsicht vollständig, das separate Zweit-Klo ein großer Vorteil. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine leistungsfähige Klimaanlage. Die Beläge der Terrasse zeigen leichte Abnutzungsspuren, aber nichts Gravierendes. Wir können den Aufenthalt vorbehaltlos empfehlen.
