You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Simply feel good and enjoy

Relax with a clear view of the Pyrenees. 3 m to the sea water lake, pure bathing pleasure. Sandy beach in the private residence, as well as its own secured parking lot. Through the pine forest 700 m walk to the Mediterranean beach. Enjoy the high-quality interior redesigned in 2018 in the "Maison Princesse". The following comfort awaits you: bed linen and towels, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi, grill. A bedroom with a double bed and a light-flooded patio door. Upstairs a bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200 each. In the gallery a pull-out sofa bed with 140 x 200. Shower and toilet are separate. Unfortunately, animals are not allowed. The final cleaning is mandatory and is charged at 90 €. A contact person is always on site in the residence.

Wir hatten eine Super Zeit. Die Lage ist großartig, vormittags mit dem SUP über den Etang, der direkt an der Terrasse beginnt, nachmittags bequem zum Strand und Abends einen malerischen Ausblick auf die Corbieres und die Pyrenäen. 👍

Super schöne Lage

Das Ferienhäuschen ist ein Traum. Klein und sehr fein. Direkt am Wasser und nicht weit weg vom Strand. Perpignon ist schnell zu erreichen und auf jeden Fall sehenswert. Die 14 Tage vergingen wie im Flug. Manuela und Jörg sind sehr bemüht! Danke für die schönen Tage.

Maisonnette en bord d’etang

Petite maison bien entretenue donnant sur l’étang (avec magnifique coucher de soleil). Grande terrasse permettant de prendre les repas, apéro et farniente sur les transats. A proximité de la plage (15 min à pied). Maison mitoyenne avec une autre, dans une résidence privée (pdt notre séjour, nous n’avions pas de voisin mais détail important à savoir, stt pour la terrasse). Électroménager de qualité. Propriétaire très réactif et disponible bien que géographiquement éloigné. Nombreux spots de Kite et windsurf dans la région.
