    5-room terraced house 180 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper ground floor. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the veranda. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Good family choice

A pretty large and well equipped house close to the beach. Cheaply furnished and little decorated, but practical and spacious for a group of up to eight people. Off street parking is a positive. Price is reasonable at least when we went in May.

Das Interhomebüro in Narbonne-Plage kann man nur in den höchsten Tönen loben.Nachdem es schon beim Bezug diverse Mängel gab. Wurde uns soweit es möglich war, schnell und unbürokratisch, sowie freundliche geholfen. Top! Was nicht von ihnen behoben werden konnte, versprachen sie es weiter zu geben. Die Grundreinigung innen wie außen könnte besser sein. Die Matratzen waren leider nicht fleckenfrei, das Gleiche galt für die Matratzenschoner und teilweise für die Kissen. Ein Sonnenschirm bei 40 Grad fehlte, der Schirmständer war da. Es gab keine Möglichkeit sich vor dem Haus den Sand von den Füssen zu waschen, um zu verhindern, dass der ganze Sand ins Haus getragen wurde. Wir mussten zuerst den Zugang(Platten) schrubben, da er durch Mövenschieß total verdreckt war. Wenn man zwei kleinere Kinder dabei hat, ist einem das wichtig. Man sollte auch wissen: es gibt im Fernseher nur französische Sender! Eigentlich möchte ich schon mal gerne zwischen durch hören, was sich so in der Heimat tut. Positiv war: Das Haus ist angenehm groß, die Küche ebenso und mit Geschirr gut bestückt für 8 Personen. Der neue Geschirrspüler wurde von uns eingeweiht da der alte nicht funktioniert hat als wir eincheckten. Leider nicht unbedingt Kindgerecht, da je 1 Glastisch im Ess- und Wohnzimmer steht. Das Haus ist trotzdem zu empfehlen auch wenn es vielleicht vom Eigentümer mal auf einen aktuelleren Stand gebracht werden sollte. Bsp eine Schüssel aufs Dach für mehr Sender, sauberer Matratzen etc..

Schönes großes Haus

Das Haus bietet reichlich Platz, ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine gute Zimmerverteilung. Es liegt ruhig, aber der Strand und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einen besonderen Pluspunkt gibt es für den zu öffnenden Wintergarten. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Agréable mais prestations moyennes

Prix justifié par la superficie de la maison ainsi que la situation (quartier résidentiel, proche de la plage) Cependant, ménage partiel à l'arrivée, garage non accessible (annonce mentionnant effectivement une place de parking mais photo de la maison avec son garage, prête à confusion), deux ventilateurs pour rafraîchir une maison de 160m2, les panneaux de clim ne fonctionnait pas, rideau de douche déchiré, machine à laver plus que vieillissante, wifi payant à 6h/j (annoncé mais tout de même..)

Heerlijk groot huis om vakantie te vieren. Alles op loopafstand, de zee, de bakker, de boulevard... Echt een aanrader, wij waren met 2 gezinnen.

Gutes Haus - unbequeme Betten

Das Haus bietet wirklich Platz und Ausrüstung für 8 Personen. Leider waren aber die Betten für unsere Verhältnisse zu unbequem: zu schmal, zu kurz, zu hart und für ältere Menschen zu niedrig. Die großen Decken aus Vollsynthetik empfanden wir auch nicht angenehm. Gut, dass wir eigene Kopfkissen und Decken mitgebracht hatten - sehr empfehlenswert!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Gute Strandlage. Für uns extrem gut ausgestattete Küche. Wintergarten bei Schlechtwetter super. Keine Infos über Mülltrennung im Ferienobjekt. Einige Stufen zum Eingang, 2 SZ/1 Bad im EG, 2SZ/1 Bad im OG. Stufe zum Wintergarten. Das Haus hat eine schöne Zimmerverteilung. Alles in allem ein super Haus und empfehlenswert.
