In Narbonne-Plage, in residence on the seafront, 2-room apartment (1 bedroom) located on the 1st floor (on 3) with loggia (garden furniture and electric barbecue). Capacity: 2 people maximum. Pets are allowed.

The apartment includes a living room (sofa, flat screen TV with French channels only), a kitchen (fridge, 2 hotplates, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, small dishwasher and separate freezer), a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Part renovated in 2022.

The residence "Les Balcons de la Méditerranée" is located in a desirable location overlooking the sea with direct acces to the large beach of fine golden sand of Narbonne-Plage. Ideal for the beachgoer!

Some apartements benefit from a splendid view of the beach, the sea and the Pyrénées. Free parking lot right next to the residence. Fabulous holidays on the coast at a great price!

Environnement agréable et calme

Location sale à notre arrivée , canapé latte cassée et manquante. Congélateur ne fonctionnais pas, poire de douche pas centré, obliger de tenir le tuyau quand on voulait rincer la douche le tuyau se plier. Les WC la serrure était monter a l'envers et ne fonctionnais pas. La vaisselle vraiment pas propre , nous avons acheter vaisselle pour nous manger.
