The property and grounds were good, well maintained and interesting, but there was no air conditioning ,the room was hot, the restaurant, bar and spa were closed. breakfast was adequate but unimaginative. the staff were present but were not attentive. It was as if they had already closed for the season and just going through the motions. a lot of money for just a room. not a great experience.
Delightful old house with history. Beautiful location, perfect for a short get-away. Staff very friendly and obliging, we sat on the verandah and enjoyed the gardens. The house is situated in such a way that you can enjoy direct sun or shade. Nice breakfast. Location ideal for checking out the local wineries and the Lavender shop is across the street from the hotel, a - must visit!
Free WiFi. Rooms small but charming.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
A bit to be desired.
My stay was pretty good. The staff was friendly enough. The inn itself left a bit to be desired. There is no coffee or tea available through the day. And being in wine country, there is no ice available. You are offered ice that the staff can get you from the kitchen until 9:00. The same thing goes for refridgeration of any food. It's just not available unless you get the front desk (who are only available until 9 pm) to get it for you. These details don't make for an inviting stay and really encourage guests to just leave and seek those comforts outside of the inn. Unfortunately for the cost I would expect a bit more. The rooms and grounds were beautiful. The noise, described as a "quirk" got a bit tiresome, however it's to be expected in a 100 year old building. The restaurant and spa were fantastic! The breakfast was a bit tiring, being the same every day. Yogurt, canned fruit and granola. Some fresh fruit, cheddar cheese slices, bread for toast. And a variation of eggs and sausage or a frittata. Again, this isn't bad. I would just expect a bit more for the price. Comparitavely to other hotels and inns, I've seen better.
Overall the stay was pleasant and I was satisfied. For the price I just wouldn't stay again. I would recommend others stay, but maybe only for a night to experience the quaint and beautiful property.
Aged and needs some repair but staff was attentive to the report of damage and it was important to them to correct issues
The restaurant is not part of the hotel. It is a separate business. The manager of the 1908 should be replaced.
Quaint and comfortable, a great addition would be a counter area in bathroom. Staff very friendly, dining room/patio crew amazing, yummy breakfast. A Beautiful area of our province. Next time will book directly through hotel, lesson learned.
We really enjoyed our stay! We came for our honeymoon so we decided to experience the whole package - dinner at 1908, a King-sized suite, and a couples' massage at the Spa. The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean and the whole visit really felt like a retreat away from the busyness of wedding planning.
The peaceful and quiet environs of the hotel and the well-kept grounds. Close vicinity to small public access to lake.
Negative aspect was the small bedroom and shared patio with other rooms.

Disliked: Staff & service
The service here is atrocious! No rrsponse to emails, took our money and we didnt even stay at the hotel!!!
I really liked the art and the friendly staff. The building was well maintained considering the age. I really liked the various deck seating around the building. The room we were in was quite small and hard to get around the bed. What would have made this experience much better was more variety at the buffet breakfast. (especially challenging for people with food allergies.) And a bar fridge in each room to store wine and appies. and other snacks/drinks.
It is a very nice property. it is older, so don't expect large bedrooms. Our room had a nice patio outside. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was simple but good (eggs, toast, jams, baked good, fresh fruits). It was a nice getaway for a weekend in the Okanagan. I would book this property again.
Nice quaint spot. Had take out on the nice veranda with (of course) a bottle of wine. No TV or fridge but not really needed although fridge or ice machine would be nice for travelors). Nice breakfast next am in lovely heritage dining room.
The property was absolutely beautiful and I loved the outdoor decks attached to each room. We spent several hours out there during our stay! I wish the bar & restaurant had been open.
The Naramata Heritage Inn is very quiet and has the same characteristics as the New Orleans Boutique Hotels.
This Inn is very clean and I will be staying here again.
Great heritage building that gives you a step into a peaceful and relaxing adventure. Staff are knowledgeable about ths area and friendly and helpful! Very convenient to the local amenities.
This an old but well maintained building. The rooms are cozy, i.e small, but quite usable especially as they all (I think) have access to a large shared patio. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. All in all, it is quite magic place.
Charming, historic hotel. Staff apologised for the size of our room ahead of time, but we found it was plenty big, and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Loved the architecture and the location was blissfully quiet. Could hear people a little as this is an old house, but not to the extent that it would disturb us (and we live in the country and are used to silence). Lovely location along the Naramata Bench.
It was a wonderful old style inn full of period antiques and local art, sweeping balconies and a lovely garden. The room was true to period but had updated comforts and beautiful linens. The deep old bath was wonderful. The staff was lovely and very helpful.
Very old building built in the early 1900’s with a nice mix of bricks, old wood and beams located in a very quiet neighbourhood close to the lake. Therefore very cozy and charming. However, don’t expect too many amenities. Our room was very small but comfortable. There is no TV but a good wi-if signal. The continental breakfast was a nice little bonus.
This is a century old inn: rooms are very small, no sitting area in room, small but efficient bathroom. It has limited comfort, but old charme. Not convenient for everybody. Excellent continental breakfast, nice staff.
