We stayed 10 nights here and we absolutely loved it. The host and the housekeeper were polite and helpful. Shopping, restaurants, gelato, grocery store and street foods all within walling distance. Lots of bars too but we didnt go to them. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Napoli. Neighborhood was very clean and so must history around every corner.

Great area around a lot of bars, shops and restaurants. I room was kind of small with little places to put luggage, etc. The bed was very firm, too firm for my liking. The room was very quiet and a nice temperature. The location made up for it though. The coffee shop where breakfast was included was a gem.

Our stay was very good. The location is perfect close to good food and shopping. The biggest issue was that we could hear what sounded like a loud washing machine and dryer going almost 24/7. It was distracting and annoying.

Lovely little place with excellent communication.

Incredible service and communication attention from Marina. Before arriving to Napoli, she arranged for car service to pick us up at airport and bring us to hotel. The hotel let us store luggage since we arrived so early... then sent me a message to let me know Antonella prepared our room - which was way before the normal check-in time. Marina's explanation and instructions for self-check-in and where to have breakfast was easy to understand. The room was small, but fine for our use since we were out exploring all day. We had a balcony with table and chairs, and a clean bathroom with excellent shower. The location was great for us... but FYI it is a bit of a walk from the Napoli Centrale train station if you plan on using that.

Incheckningen samt servicen var under all kritik. Det framstod på internet att detta var ett hotel med personal på plats. Det stämmer inte! Negativt: incheckningen samt utcheckningen som inte fungerade alls!! Servicen som var svår att nå. De utger sig för att vara hotell som inte stämmer. Väldigt lyhört. Man hörde grannarna hela tiden. Oskön väckning runt 2 på natten när de kom hem och snackade i korridoren. Positivt. Riktigt rent.
