Clean and Central

Room was clean and spacious. Neighborhood was a little dark and scary but we had no issues. The staff/owners were very helpful and friendly. Easy to communicate via WhatsApp. Transit options were very close.

The room was clean, the staff was very helpful, we were able to check in a little prior to check in time. It was noisy at times but nothing that lasted too long that we had to worry about. It is very convenient because it is right by the train station so we were to walk to the train station very early in the morning.

Recently remodeled room. A/C in room along with a small fridge. Room was quiet. Breakfast is across the street at a cafe. Free croissant and cappuccino with provided coupon. Door at street level is locked at night - need key or passcode. Undesirable neighborhood with homeless sleeping on the sidewalk, though this maybe normal for Naples. Heavy police presence in the area which was comforting.

The room was excellent, no complaints. It was noisy outside after midnight, which might disturb your sleep. Otherwise, the location is good, close to the train and metro station. The staff is great.

This room was very close to the main train station and bus routes which made any transport a snap. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was the best we’ve ever experienced at any hotel worldwide; we enjoyed staying here.

This hotel is just what you need if you plan on being out and about in Naples. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but we never felt unsafe. The room has everything you need, but it is tight. What makes it nice is its proximity to every mode of transportation. Michele is the attendant and is very helpful with questions about Naples.

Comfort and convenient stay in Naples

Great spot near train station and easy walk to some scenic areas and tour. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The only suggestion is to make check-in procedures more clear and a picture of entrance to accommodation, as it wasn’t marked very well and not your standard hotel entrance or lobby.

The area is busy with vendors and people from the train station but is in walking distance from beautiful churches, landmarks and delicious restaurants. The room was very clean. The AC worked wonderfully. Our family had a spectacular time in Naples.

Very close to train station, quite a sketch area, but we felt safe because the hotel is inside a building locked by a large door that you are given the code to enter. Very clean, modern rooms, very strong water pressure, poor bathroom lighting, very uncomfortable bed. Also very cheap, so overall a good deal. They give you vouchers for a free coffee and croissant at a small cafe down the street

Lovely apartment.

Excellent communication on how to access the beautifully clean apartment. Very close to the Central Rail Terminal. Just a five minute walk. Lots of eating places nearby. Very secure.

The breakfast was excellent and overall hotel was clean, remodeled, and staff was very nice. Hotel is conveniently located, next to train and bus stations. We didn't like the neighborhood. It is very dirty and we didn't feel safe getting out of hotel on evenings.
