Todo mal.

Cuando llegué no habia nadie. No respondían mis llamadas. Al final me respondieron WhatsApp diciendo que me habían cambiado de apartamento, uno a 2 kilómetros de la calle prinicpal , me decían que ya me habían avisado de este cambio pero era mentira y la persona que me atendió personalmente me dijo que fue a último momento el cambio debido a unos caños de agua rotos... El otro apartamento no solo era lejos si no que la tv no funcionaba. Quedaron en arreglarla pero no lo hicieron.

Ubicación excelente! No hay limpieza diaria, ni ina bez en una semana. No hay recepción donde se pueda reclamar si falta algo o se rompe algo (la tabla del baño en nuestro caso)

UNA TRUFFA

Ho prenotato il b&b Toledo apartments per 2 notti,con arrivo venerdì in tarda serata!Leggendo che il check in andava fatto entro una certa ora ovviamente ho telefonato al numero disponibile sul sito per chiedere il check in posticipato,specificando che il treno sarebbe arrivato alle 22.45.Il signore in tutta gentilezza mi ha risposto di sì e siamo rimasti d'accordo che lo avrei contattato mezz'ora prima di arrivare per prendere le chiavi! Essendo comunque in orario molto tardo, l'ho contattato mentre ero sul treno direzione Napoli,circa 1 ora e mezza prima! Mi ha risposto dicendo che mi avrebbe inoltrato il numero della persona da chiamare per il check in...da quel momento più niente! Non ho ricevuto nessun numero,non ha più risposto alle mie telefonate,nè a quelle della mia amica,nè a quelle dell'operatore di hotels.com la mattina dopo quando ho comunicato l'accaduto! Io e la mia amica ci siamo recate comunque sul posto dove,ovviamente, non c'era nessuno! Siamo rimaste in mezzo alla strada alle 23.30 e abbiamo dovuto cercare un altro hotel per quella notte e la successiva! Ah dimenticavo,il soggiorno era stato interamente pagato on line al momento della prenotazione! Sono in attesa di notizie dall'operatore di hotels.com perché ovviamente ho chiesto il rimborso! Veramente l'esperienza più brutta che mi sia mai capitata!

Ottima posizione, gestore disponibile, tutto molto pulito, assolutamente consigliabile. Anche se senza colazione sotto la strada ci sono mille possibilità di bar.
