Room was very basic - didn’t look like the photos much. Some furniture had chew/scratch marks from pets. Bedding didn’t match. There were obvious repairs done to walls in room and bathroom, and didn’t look fully finished. Place was difficult to find, no real sign making it clear so took a while for me to find the main entrance. I arrived later than expected due to delayed flight, which meant that I arrived after 8pm and so had no knowledge of how to get inside. Took a while to get through to someone who in the end was very helpful and gave instructions on how to get in and find room etc. this was the only interaction I had with staff as didn’t see anyone onsite during my whole stay. Rooms were off the main corridor round a balcony so felt a little off as a solo female traveler, especially when arriving at night. Better signage would have helped so you knew you were going right way. One positive - it was short walk from metro so was easy to get around. Were lots of cafes and restaurants nearby so was in good location. Was good price for location, but I’d rather pay a bit extra for better quality room. Overall, very basic and was an okay stay.

Total failure. Avoid it. Owner is not at site. Everything is run thru whatsapp. Description of room before booking said balcony but there was no balcony. Mold in shower and toilet was broken. Had to book another hotell.

La mia recensione si riferisce alla stanza AMALFI. Anzitutto trattasi di un mix tra affitta camere e breakfast, la stanza in questione non la troverete tra le foto caricate dalla struttura,questa stanza ha una grande pecca,non puoi aprire la finestra ..voi direte xche? Beh se aprite la finestra la stessa è collocata sul accesso principale percui chiunque passa vi vede dormire o comunque qualsiasi cosa voi state facendo,non dispone di serranda o persiana ma solo finestra,quindi obbligati a tenerla sigillata,tu dirai accendo il clima,si certo ma si avvicina molto ad un elicottero in volo....percui notte con qualità del sonno sotto lo zero. Insonorizzazione degli infissi nulla. Oltretutto tv non funzionava Peccato Unica nota positiva la posizione.

Appartamento all'interno di un condominio adattato a struttura turistica. Ottima la posizione, in pieno centro a pochi minuti dalla galleria. L'accesso al quinto piano è una esperienza che lascia il segno. Ascensore super trash e passaggio tra i panni stesi del vicino per accedere alla struttura. Non portateci la vostra fidanzata se volete fare colpo su di lei..

Titolari davvero cordiali e disponibili. Pulizia della stanza accuratissima e arredata con gusto. Il lavandino del bagno è risultato essere un po' scomodo. Le 2 note stonate sono state aver pagato 10 euro in più per la colazione e ritrovarsi le cialde del caffè con cornetti industriali preconfezionati in camera per la colazione (magari una convenzione con la centinaia di bar nella zona?); la seconda nel fatto che avevo chiesto il deposito bagagli e al mio ritorno gli ho trovati adagiati sul muro del corridoio...

Excelente localização, o B&B fica numa rua com excelentes lojas, cafés e restaurantes. Próximo de pontos turísticos e numa região segura de Nápoles, porém o hotel precisa melhorar as áreas comuns, a entrada até a recepção é um tanto assustadora e remete a sensação de não estar em segurança, não nos sentimos confortáveis lá. O quarto é espaçoso e bom, porém o chuveiro é ruim e não esquenta (algo complicado para o clima da Europa). Não ficaria novamente.

Staff were really nice and helpful. Location is perfect. Minibar was well stocked and excellent prices. The internal view meant having to have the blind closed all the time or people could see into the room but that wasn’t a big problem just a fact of city living.

A little jewel of a find

The host was just lovely and accommodation well worth what I paid for it. The only concern I had was a net see through curtain on my window. The shower room was beautiful. Breakfast was a voucher in a cafe opposite. Fresh orange, coffee and croissant. Really nice. The area is superb .. on a busting street with many sights within walking distance. I felt totally safe going out alone at night.

Salvatore è stato un host perfetto, ci ha accolto come un vero napoletano sa fare, con sfogliatelle calde e tanti consigli. La terrazza è nuova, ancora con qualche lavoro in atto, ma la posizione è perfetta , tranquilla, sia per andare in centro di giorno che la sera per gustarsi una pizza su via Partenope. Solo un piccolo intoppo: la connessione internet non funzionava, ma non abbiamo disturbato noi l’host sennò siamo sicuri in pochi minuti avrebbe risolto il problema :) Sicuramente consigliamo di pernottare qui e ci torneremo anche noi!

Well appointed apartment

I travelled to Naples for a conference and was looking for a nice, well priced place to stay, close to the conference centre. The apartment was modern and maintained to a high standard throughout, the mini bar well stocked and the apartment was excellently located in a safe, but vibrant part of the city. The bed was also really comfy and and the shower excellent. Although I visited for work, if I was to return to Naples to explore the city, I’d defiantely stay here again! Finally, the shuttle from the airport provided by the hotel was really handy and well priced!

Tive uma grande decepção nessa estadia, que foi a de reservar o local principalmente porque tinha estacionamento grátis e quando mandei o e-mail recebi a resposta que eles tinha 2 vagas e estavam lotadas e eu teria um estacionamento por 20 euros. Frustrante ainda que quem me recebeu não sabia disso e eu fui procurar estacionamento uma loucura e custou 40 euros.

Friendly staff!

This BnB was a great choice. The room was clean the bed was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. They provided us with detailed advise on what to do and how to get around and even offered to assist us with purchasing some tickets. The room is in an apartment block with a really fun lift. It is located along the main shopping street so easy access to shops and restaurants. It also has some nice access to the port. The only negatives is that it was further from public transport eg metro than expected and is approx 20-30 min walk to most attractions. The room is peaceful at most times, however can sometimes hear the reception staff talking, although it is not exceptionally loud. We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were incredibly friendly and had a great time in Naples. Thanks so much!

guest house al centro della via Chiaia, vicini ai quartieri spagnoli e alla via Toledo. Gestito da ragazzi pieni di buona volontà. Le stanze sono in un palazzo vecchio, ma sono tutte rinnovate. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua calda, ma dopo una telefonata subito sono interventi per sistemare il disaggio. Raccomandiamo questo guest house.
