Location molto sporca. Appartamento, o meglio camera, non pulita al nostro arrivo e bagno sporco. Zone comuni, vedi terrazza "panoramica" con angolo caffè, non manutenute e sporche, in 5 giorni di soggiorno non sono mai state pulite( ok non prevedere la pulizia delle stanze durante il soggiorno, ma almeno la parti comuni andrebbero controllate minimo a giorni alterni, invece le grosse macchie sparse su tutto il pavimento al nostro arrivo ci hanno salutato, insieme a nuove amiche, anche quando siamo ripartiti). Macchina del caffè non funzionante da vari giorni e stracci per pulire l'angolo cucina sporchi e puzzolenti. Obbligo di rimozione delle chiavi del quadro elettrico ogni volta che si lascia la stanza, il problema è il portachiavi letteralmente saldato ad esse, talmente grande da non poter essere tenuto il tasca. Ultimo appunto: bello il gesto di prevedere un omaggio di benvenuto, ma che significato ha far trovare a Napoli, capitale della gastronomia italiana, una scatola di biscotti genovesi? L'impressione ė di una gestione quantomeno superficiale del benvenuto al cliente, forse si farebbe una figura migliore ad evitare. Nota positiva la posizione della struttura, abbastanza centrale( 5 minuti a piedi da Spaccanapoli) ma in una via tranquilla e silenziosa

Nice 'mini hotel'

This is a fourth floor set of hotel style rooms with a shared kitchen and rooftop terrace. The listing has recently been updated to more accurately reflect this. Property is a 20-30 minute walk from the train station (if carrying suitcases). It has a small lift to get you up to the property. Rooms are a decent size with en-suite and we had a small sofa area (room 3). It has good aircon, but bring bug spray. The walls between the rooms are thin so expect to hear your neighbours. The shared kitchen has a small communal fridge and a terrible coffee machine (it leaks more coffee than it pours). Plenty of plates, cutlery and glassware but no sharp knives or corkscrew. The shared terrace has good views across the Napoli rooftops but only seating for 4 people.

Not very good

When we arrived there was nobody to open to us, we waited half an hour in the street at midnight, they knew our arrival time, and it is not a free service. The terrasse is surrounding by buildings even if you don't see it on the picture and neighbours very noisy early in the morning, walls are paper, you can hear everything.
