Abbiamo passato un piacevole soggiorno in questo b&b. Il personale è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile. La camera era comoda e pulita. Il bagno era pulito e dotato di asciugamani e asciugacapelli a nostra disposizione. La posizione è ottima e in zona tranquilla. Consigliato!

Disgusted and without a place to stay at midnig

I demand a refund, this is not a hotel, it’s a locked door with no one to answer. I DID NOT stay here; the door was LOCKED. My first Hotel. Com e properties out?? experience and Qa NIGHTMARE! If not refunded, I would NEVER use this again. Do u check Thea

Great location, not so great experience

Upon arrival we were greated by Michela. She was very nice and gave us recommendations for around the area, and the area is great. The b&b is well kept and appears clean. However, the real downfall occurred when I went to shower. The water pressure was great but the drain was completely clogged and the floor was so slimy and gross. I had to turn the water off while washing my hair and body to stop the water from rising to high. This was not enough though as the shower flooded the entire floor and out into the common area. I messaged Michaela and she simply responded "thanks for letting me know" I had to clean it all up my self as there isn't anyone there to provide the service. The bed is not the most comfy and in the morning there was a roach on the floor. eEwww.

A HUGE disappointment

I did not stay here but let me share my experience dealing with with this hotel. I booked and paid for my stay in November of 2018. Shortly into the new year my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer. With over 2 months notice before my booking date I appealed to the owner to cancel my stay...without penalty on humanitarian grounds. They refused and maintained their right to charge me the full booking cost. They were the ONLY hotel I booked for our entire trip to Italy to do this. I received full refunds from the airline as well as hotel operators in Venice, Milan, Genoa, La Spezia, Florence, Saturnia, Rome, Siena, and Sorrento. The likelihood of even considering staying at this hotel when I make any future trip to Italy are zero.

Ottimo b&b nel centro di Napoli

Ottimo B&B in posizione centrale. La stanza era ampia, pulita e carina. Il bagno privato esterno non è il massimo, ma al prezzo di 56€ non si può chiedere nulla di più! Per la colazione si riceve un buono per farla al bar. Consigliato.

Stylish clean comfort

We were met at the apartment by a very friendly lady, who explained everything, Sunday breakfast at the apartment and other days from a little cafe round the corner. Don't be put off by the outside of the building which is typical Naples old town style complete with graffiti, the interior is spotlessly clean and very stylish. The cleaner came every morning, there was a kettle in the room as well as in the lobby, water in the fridge. The location was perfect as we were in the characterful old town and near enough to walk anywhere in the centre.

We arrived at the Sfumature Partenopee and were met by Mickela.The rooms were not as advertised as both bathrooms were in need of maintenance and one needed a good lick of paint.We decided not to stay and left.

Gärna igen!

Michela och hennes kollega var supertrevliga och hjälpsamma :) B&Bn är rent och fräscht och ligger verkligen centralt, mitt i gamla stan. På grund av detta kan det dock bli lite högljutt under natten. Rummet hade AC och ett privat badrum utanför. I hallen fanns ett kylskåp som Mikaela fyllde på med vatten och juice. Där fanns också en kaffemaskin. Frukosten får man genom att lämna en voucher på kaféet runt hörnet där man får välja någonting att äta och dricka. Frukosten är dock italiensk! Så den är inte stor men sakerna där var goda :) skulle absolut rekommendera B&Bn!

Wirklich schön

Wow, wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und Michela ist eine sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Besonders gefallen hat mir auch die ruhige Klimaanlage, die man sogar beim schlafen laufen lassen konnte. Man ist direkt mitten in Neapel und kann zu Fuss überallhin laufen. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

A great introduction to Naples

A perfect location for easy access to many of the important attractions of Naples' historical centre. Clean, comfortable, well-maintained room. Michela, the host, was welcoming, friendly, and comunicative at all times . She provided helpful advice and relevant suggestions which really speeded up the process of getting to know and enjoy Naples, a city I had never visited before.
