Its strategic position offers itself as the best solution for tourists who want to visit the main monuments symbol of the city on foot without renouncing high standards of comfort and privacy guaranteed by the house. Appartement très agréable et bien situé

L'appartement nous a beaucoup plus, très propre et bien aménagé. Seul petit bémol, le matériel de cuisine est très insuffisant : pas de planche à découper, pas de couteaux de cuisine : éplucheur, couteau à pain, couteaux pour préparer. Pas de grille-pain non plus, pas de gant pour attraper les plats chauds, pas de plat à four. De plus, un seul torchon de cuisine pour 6 personnes pour une semaine, c'était vraiment trop peu, et pas de tablier non plus. Nous n'avons pas non plus trouvé les produits d'entretien et éponges pour pouvoir faire le ménage quotidien. Cependant, le séjour était super et l'accueil charmant. La situation en centre-ville à proximité des transports publics et de la mer est parfaite. L'immeuble est très calme, et la situation de l'appartement dans la cour intérieure est très appréciable, car elle met bien à l'abri des bruits de la rue. Je recommande cette location.

Sympatische Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit 2 großen Schlafzimmern (gute Betten!), 2 Bädern, Küche und einem gemütlichen Wohn-Essbereich in einem historischen Gebäude, ruhig durch seine Innenhoflage, 2 min von der Via Toledo entfernt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Egidio, der auch während unseres Aufenthaltes jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Bei Ankunft fanden wir Obst, Getränke und ein kleines Frühstück vor. Wir werden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Appartement élégant, bien équipé, parfaitement confortable pour 4 personnes et plus (enfants). Très bien situé dans une rue pittoresque, quartier des grands monuments juste à côté de la place du Plébiscite. Accueil très sympathique du jeune propriétaire. Une très bonne adresse.

Fantastic flat

The appartment is an oasis in the middle of hectic Naples, nicely furnished, comfortable, quiet and clean. 10 minutes walk to the metro and larger supermarket. Marco was a friendly host and greeted us with a home baked cake on arrival. If you are not fond of heights, don't look down from the balcony or hang up washing - the fourth floor is about 15 meters from ground level. Otherwise, I would not hesitate to recommend this accomodation. We really liked it.

Gute Lage, sauber, wobei die Fotos viel schöner sind als die Realität

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem ruhig. Enttäuschend ist lediglich die Tatsache, dass die Fotos viel schöner sind als die Raelität. Wohnung ohne Charakter, jedoch mit guten Duschen und guten Betten!

Abbiamo passato 4 giorni a Napoli ,con 4 bambini e devo dire che la città è favolosa ,l' appartamento è in una zona strategica ,di fianco a via Toledo e via Chiaia ,a due passi da piazza del Plebiscito ,posizione strategica per chi ,come noi ,ama visitare le città camminando a piedi ,la metropolitana è comunque comoda ,Toledo è la stazione. L'appartamento è completamente ristrutturato ,curato nei dettagli,con ampie camere e due bagni comodi ,pur essendo in centro è molto silenzioso ,è dotato di lavatrice, un bagno è cieco ,mentre l' altro è dotato di finestra asciugamani phon ,shampoo e bagnoschiuma ,sono forniti dal gentilissimo proprietario Egidio,che ci ha fatto trovare acqua e una piccola merenda al nostro arrivo ,è sempre stato gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta e necessità ,abita di fronte ,quindi ,è davvero molto comodo ,ottima esperienza ,lo consiglio a tutti ,famiglie comprese ..L'appartamento dal vivo è molto meglio che in foto ..Voto 10+ Ci torneremo sicuramente...
