Номер понравился, несмотря на то, что окна выходили во внутренний двор, а там смотреть нечего. Отлично работал Wi-Fi, приветливые и доброжелательные сотрудники ресепшена, хорошая уборка номера, в ванной комнате есть даже зубная щетка с пастой и тапочки, удобная кровать, бесплатная вода (простая) в холодильнике, очень приличный завтрак.

A horrible experience

We actually didn't stay. We arrived at the location at about 7pm. This is really a rundown neighborhood. It was getting dark and my wife and daughter were so scared. We parked our car and had difficult time find the hotel. Finally we found the entrance of the hotel, it was a big gate with a small entrance door and we rang the bell but nobody answered. Then we decided to leave and find somewhere else. We finally found the Grand Hotel Europa which is just a couple of blocks away, a much better hotel with about the same price.

We booked and paid for this hotel, but we unable to find it. I assume it was somewhere behind the pile of filthy mattresses and bags of garbage.

Beautiful room

Room was beautiful. Area appears a little rough but the people were actually lovely and helpful. Very close to the station. Not so easy to find in terms of signs.

Excellent hotel. Not so nice neighbourhood

Clean room, comfy mattress and pillows. Very helpful receptionists. Breakfast is super simple. You need to insert 10 cents each time to use the elevator; which the hotel would provide upon request. But good to have at least one coin upon arrival. The main disadvantage would be the neighbourhood. Way too many immigrants illegally trying to sell their stuff on the street just outside the building. Didnt feel safe in that sense. If u really need to stay close to the main train station, then this is definitely a good choice.

Do not stay

We cannot attest to the actual quality of our stay because we never checked in to the hotel. Trying to find the hotel was challenging. The area was very rundown and we personally felt quite unsafe. The entrance to the hotel is a small "hole" within a large door. The staircase to the 3rd floor was very dimly lite in the middle of the day. We felt so uncomfortable at that point we decided to find somewhere else. We are a guy and girl younger backpackers and I feel that I am pretty open to the condition of my lodging but this accommodation should be avoided if possible.

Naples for a night

Great welcome from the lovely lady on reception, the area down town Naples was a bit dodgy, having said this most big cities have this type of area close to the train station, but all was fine, don't wear flashy watches & jewellery, normal big city precautions
