The 50-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with a concierge service ( (9.00- 13.00) and security guard ( (14.00 - 2.00), equipped with an lift (cost: 5 cents)



The interior layout is as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, mini-fridge with a small freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, air fryer, electric kettle, conventional oven, and microwave

- Living area with dining table, sofa, TV, and split A/C

- Sleeping area with a double bed and closet

- Bathroom with shower stall and toilet with handheld showerhead.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED FIBER-OPTIC WIFI, split-system heating, washer-dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Note: The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The tranquility of the park offers guests a sheltered and peaceful oasis after a day exploring the city, with all essential amenities within easy reach: bars, supermarkets, and a pharmacy are all located within 300 metres.



- From Naples Airport, you can reach the property by taking the Alibus shuttle service to Garibaldi Station, where you can then take bus line 254 to the Garibaldi - Porzio stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.



- From Naples Central Station, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 20 minutes or by taking bus line 254 to the Garibaldi - Porzio stop, which is a 5-minute walk from the property.



- For those travelling by car, you can park on the street for a fee
