Location is fantastic. In the historic center, close to all the great restaurants and attractions. This place is in a very old building, as are other B&Bs in this area. Poor WiFi with no cell signal inside the building.

I had such a great stay at La Bella Napoli. The location was perfect for exploring the historic centre of Naples and was close to Dante tube - making it easy to get to and from the airport. The members of the team I encountered were incredibly friendly/helpful and I can't stop thinking about the delicious croissants they served at breakfast. I would highly recommend this B&B. Only thing to note is that after 5pm (I think), there tends to be no one working on reception but the staff helpfully offered me their number should I encounter any issues, which I didn't.

We were greeted warmly by Gabriella who showed us locations to see and do in Naples. The location is not marked well but the taxi drivers know how to reach there. If you are travelling at night, it can be a bit tricky. We needed a driver for 4am and Gabriella was kind enough to arrange the whole thing. We communicated well on WhatsApp. The place is clean and is a great boutique hotel with the old architectural charm. The staff does not stay there all night but they provide you with keys to use when coming and going.

Large, comfortable room and friendly hotel manager

Charming, comfortable and spacious room (with jetted tub!) in the historic section of Naples. The manager, Lorenza, spoke perfect English and was so friendly and helpful (recommending restaurants, providing a map and guidance on interesting sights, printing out our boarding passes, arranging an early morning taxi to the airport, and even making a breakfast tray for us in advance due to our very early checkout). The section of the larger building housing the hotel rooms is very secure, with several locked doors to access the area. There is no elevator, so walking up a few flights with heavy luggage wasn't fun, but the rest of our stay was delightful.

Great place to stop by.

It was a cute little b&b people were friendly. Napoli is a pretty wild city fillled with people, parking is not easy especially around this b&b.

Week end a Napoli

Soggiorno piacevole ma la descrizione della camera non corrisponde alla realtà, prenotato una camera quadrupla per tre persone in realtà stanza con un matrimoniale e un divano "letto", in bagno non c'è nessuna vasca idromassaggio come indicato in descrizione ma una doccia e nussun riscaldamento. Il B&B è al primo piano e l'ascensore non è molto agevole. Posizione comoda, facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Manca un deposito per i bagagli e bisogna rivolgersi a un servizio esterno che però la domenica è chiuso.

Nice and easy to the price. Kind and positive staff. Difficult to reach with heavy suicases due to staircases. Also rather dificult to find, no signs from outside. Notice that arrivel in the evening cost 20 euros extra.

Chegamos à noite e pedimos ao hotel que providenciasse o transfer do aeroporto. Foi uma excelente opção, pois não teríamos encontrado o hotel. Não tem identificação da rua. A entrada é feita por um pátio comum a vários alojamentos, um pouco degradada.

Excellent emplacement

Hôtel super bien placé dans la rue commerçante toledo proche de tout. Vieille cour la clé extérieure est un peu difficile à utiliser et aussi il y a un peu de bruit la nuit toujours quelqu'un qui discute dans ce quartier mais les petits désagréments sont effacés par la qualité de l'emplacement et l'accueil chaleureux. Je retournerai au même endroit

Perfect Location

Perfect location to check out Napoli. My fiance and I stayed in the honeymoon suite with the jacuzzi tub. Very large tub. Sandra was a very nice and welcoming host who helped us find local restaurants and find transportation. Would recommend this place for anybody going through Napoli

La Bella Napoli was a fantastic place to stay during our weekend in Napoli. We loved the hospitality, the rooms were nice and clean, and situated in Via Toledo we had everything right outside the door. Sandra was a great host, and very helpful as a guide to the city. We would love to come back some time later!

This place is PHENOMENAL! We had an amazing stay at La Bella Napoli. The staff is wonderful and kind. It’s sparkling clean, and right on one of Naples main streets, yet so quite. We were welcomed by the wonderful Sandra and the owner of the place, and they gave us recommendations and directions to everything we should know. We’re so happy we found this place.

Look no further!

This was the perfect location to see all aspects of Naples. While the entrance to the property is on one of the main thoroughfares once you go through the gateway to the actual building you leave all the steeet noise behind. Sandra was the perfect hostess in every way and couldn't have been more helpful during our four night stay. Nothing was too much trouble and she gave us lots of good advice about how to enjoy Naples at its best. Would fully recommend La Bella Napoli and we will certainly be returning for another stay.

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay right in the centre of old Naples. It’s close to the Line 1 Metro which can take you straight to the main rail station. Within walking distance of the main historical and other sites. They tried really hard to please and we were very satisfied. It’s a bit difficult to locate as it’s inside the Palazzo Brunasso which is a rather rundown building but we (two 70 year olds) liked its quirkinesses. The B&B is accessible through a picket door within the larger door and some might find the impression unfavourable, but a little gem awaits. Loved it!
