Nice and clean room in the heart of Napoli. Location is great too, very close to the public transport, many points of interest and lots of dining options around. But the room was lit with the street lights all night, it would help if there were black out curtains. The room was very clean, but the shower grout needed a good scrub and drain was not working properly, which could be fixed easily.

The property is just attached to the Toledo station. 5 minutes walking far from Spaccanapoli piazza del plebiscito and just in front of quartieri spagnoli. It was easy to comunicate with the receptionist via wahtsapp on the days before the check in and on the day of the check in. The room is spacious and very cleaned. The only con was the shower drainage that was to small for the amount of water coming from the shower so the water was going out from the shower during every shower wetting the floor. A part for this our room was just next a flat where only one night we heard loud music and weird noises coming from there. But the rest of the days it has been a great staying and no noises coming from outside or inside the hotel were heard. Highly recommended for staying in naples. Also u get breakfaast included in the bar just next door which is a lovely place where we have been treated very politely and we had great pastries and coffees .

We stayed for a week. A lovely apartment hotel in the middle off the Spanish quarter. WiFi, smart tv and fridge in room . Very clean and would happily book again.

Camille was fantastic. The room was updated and very clean, air conditioning and Wi-Fi were great and bed was comfortable. Great location - accessible to everything from tours to seaside to great restaurants and great shopping. I highly recommend this place! A little loud at night but we loved the location and room so it was fine.

IstayinToledo Luxury Guest House was a decent place to visit Naples Italy. The location is central, there are plenty of little stores with food, ice cream and shopping. Many of the touristic objectives are at waking distance. The people working there were helpful, mostly Salvatore in my case, being the one who helped me. What I didn’t like was the system of “guest house”. It was my first time trying it and is definitely not for me. I felt isolated. This guest house is located in an office building, it was nobody at the reception when I arrived in a Saturday morning and I had no way in, the building being locked. I had to wait and rely on luck for someone to open the door and let me in. After that, instead of starting visiting I had to return to the guest house to get a room and keys. The place has no kitchen, there are only 6, or 7 rooms, I was in an unknown building, with the reception covered only during the day at uneven hours. During that time I was out visiting, so when I returned in the evening, the place seemed deserted, with nobody to ask for help directly, just on WhatsApp. The name “luxury guest house” is also exaggerated. There is no luxury there, just a nice, clean, smallish room. It is probably OK for couples, or locals, but for me, a female solo traveler is a no.

Dear Trestiana, thanks you for your review, I am sorry that you did not like 100% our guest house. You will forgive me if I don't agree with all the things you wrote. First of all, we are not a hotel, it is written everywhere. That's why we don't have 24-hour front desk, but we are always available for information or any problems, and this is the most appreciated thing by our customers. As for check in, this starts at 2:00 p.m., but you arrived at 9:00 a.m. and you did not notify us. We opened the doors and informed you that you could leave your bags at the front desk, but that your room would be ready at 2:00 pm. Even if Salvatore had been there at 9:00 a.m., he still could not have given you the keys because the room was not ready yet. As for our name Luxury guest house, I think everyone has their own different concept of luxury. For me it is Luxury, for example, to have a single room in the center of Naples in front of the subway station, with a very fast Wi-Fi, with a bed bigger than a single, with a bathroom with a big shower, with a very good air conditioning system, with designer furniture, and with our staff that garantee your privacy, but at the same time is always available if you need.

Good stay in Napoli
Great location, easy to use. If you don't need the frills of a big hotel, this is about as good as it gets. Recommended.

Great location in the heart of the action!
Fantastic location and great guesthouse. The staff were warm and welcoming and it was modern and immaculately clean. The only downside is due to being directly on Via Toledo you heard noise from the street until late.

Brilliant spot to stay in Naples
Amazing place right in the heart of Toledo area and 30 seconds walk from the metro station, with so many great bars and restaurants. Only 5 minutes walk to the Maradona murales too. Also Alessio the concierge was great with a lot of recommendations and booking our cab to the airport.

A gem in Naples
Hotel is perfect for a stay in Naples. Very clean room with access to balcony area overlooking the Main Street. Close to everything you will need, restaurants, shopping and a market just around the corner. Would highly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing I did not like about my stay here! The staff was so friendly and attentive to any requests. Super clean and chic rooms with comfy beds! Right in the middle of all the action as well in regards to location. 10/10 highly recommend to anyone staying in Naples. Great prices are another bonus.

Perfect location
Perfect location in the heart of Naples, easy access to the port (ferry to Capri etc), a very old building and looks a little rough when you arrive (lift etc) but pleasantly surprised when you get to the room (2nd floor). Could be noisy at times during pesk season but that is all part of the buzz staying so central. Would stay again for sure

quiet newly renovated rooms, centrally located
The place is actually a converted apartment with several room and a common area with reception and are to chill on the balcony. That being said, the place looks newly renovated, very comfortable, centrally located with Toledo and main shopping area at your doorstep. Despite being in the center of town it is very quiet in the room (had Orange room facing Main Shopping Street). Overall I would stay here again

The location was perfect - right in the heart of Naples. It was an easy walk (we are in our 70's) to the waterfront. An escalator or elevator right outside the entrance takes you to the metro. We had the purple room which was modern and clean. Although on a very busy street it was extremely quiet. The shower pressure was strong with plenty of hot water. It was 35C outside but the air-conditioning was great. We loved sitting on the balcony watching all the activity below.

Fabulous job Fabio! Very well done, feel like I am at home, all details are covered. Only advice to guest is open the shower faucet only 1/2 way , otherwise shower floods bathroom :-( Will look for Istayin Toledo on my next visit to Naples for sure:-)

Exactly as advertised. Very central right in front of the Toledo station and I the middle of all the shops/restaurants. Room was clean and newly renovated. Front desk service was frieny and prompt. The breakfast in the cafe next to the building was a very nice touch. Also, I was able to leave my bags after check out and obtain them later. It does have a lift/elevator but you do need to carry your bags up 10 steps before getting to the elevator. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

The staff are very informative and friendly. I was texted on whatsapp before my arrival with a location and photo of the building, making it easier to locate. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and powerful shower. I would stay again!
