Clean and fresh room

Very clean room with good AC and thick windows so you cannot hear the traffic outside. Fresh breakfast (sweet) was ready every morning. A ~20 min walk (mostyl uphill) from the train station in Portici, so if you have luggage, you might want to take the bus or book a taxi. The hostess recommended a restaurant which was 5 minutes walk away: La Tradizione Ristorante e Pizzeria dal 1997 - They had authentic napolitan pizza which was very tasty. Nothing to complain about, can definately recommend!

This property is a fraud. Please do not book it. Expedia is non responsive on complaint. These guys taking advantage of these non customer centric apps. I ga e 60 Euros to taxi to reach there, and there was no peoperty with such name and the owner stopped responding once i paid. Had to block credit card and pay extra 40 Euros to go back and book another hotel. Expedia app, not recommended at all. No response from them. Its a fraud property

La stanza è stupenda.......padrona di casa presente x eventuali richieste e problemi......abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti tt ok ......balcone nn curato anzi un po pessimo........esterno della palazzina nella media .........la stanza è al secondo piano senza ascensore........e il parcheggio è sulla strada nn custodito ovviamente.....la colazione buona e abbondante.......

Portici apartment

Apartment with three units (bedroom + private bathroom), in addition to a small kitchen. While the exterior does not look especially inviting (ordinary apartment building), the apartment seems newly renovated and is close to perfect considering that this is a B&B. Roberta, in charge of the rental, was very generous, helpful, and always positive. Not far to the city center of Portici and close to the Agriculture campus of University of Naples Federico II, the location was a perfect base for one week of work at the university. Breakfast is very Italian (sweet), and coffee is great.

Servizio pessimo

Condominio fatiscente del dopo guerra,facciata del palazzo neanche a parlarne..quando si entra nel beb però L ambiente diventa carino,solo il servizio davvero pessimo,non abbiamo visto nemmeno un altra volta la signora del beb,siamo rimasti tre giorni..e due giorni non hanno fatto le pulizie perché siamo usciti dalla stanza alle 11-12..la scusa è stata che non possono accontentare gli orari di tutti,come se per farci fare le pulizie dobbiamo uscire alle 8-9 dalla stanza perché poi non si può più neanche fosse il grand hotel(ha tre stanze)..pessimo pessimo servizio per un beb che fuori ha come targa 5 valutazione e non vanno per nulla i bisogni della gente come se uno va in vacanza e si sveglia alle 8 perché devono fare Le pulizie e non può dormire di più

Amazing host! Made us feel so welcome. Nice and simple breakfast. Lovely room! Totally recommend this place. It is perfect if you want to stay close to Napoli, for instance if you have a car.

Stay away from this one!

We showed up after payment and confirmation and no one was there to check us in. We ate an early dinner and came back and still no one there. We called twice and left a message. No reply. We called Hotels.com and the agent was rude and told us the check in instructions link had an earlier check in time. This contradicted the check in time in the KEY FACTS description that was visible when reading about the B&B. Attempted twice to get a refund...no and no. Horrible experience.

Absolutely magnificent place to stay!

All the positive reviews are true! At first when you arrive the exterior will catch you by surprise and you’ll think you’re being tricked, but wait until you actually make it inside of the building! After all, Napoli and it surroundings are just ugly! The outside of the building is not depicted because the neighborhood is ugly, yet very safe! But the pictures of the interior are true, this place is absolutely beautiful and impecable. Better than most 4 star hotels we’ve stayed. Roberta the caretaker, is such a sweetheart and gave us a warm welcome and even prepared us coffee. She speaks very good English. Light breakfast but gives you the feel of being in your own chic apartment. Please read the print as this B&B has a set check in time and you don’t want to be rude like other people that stayed there and woke us by ringing the bell non stop because they did not arrive on time. If we ever return to Napoli we hope to stay here again!
