A nice clean classic Italian hotel, loved the balcony. Staff was very nice.

Property itself is a massive dissapointment...rooms are closet sized. Misleading since the name implies that this is an all suites hotel. Location is great, walk to the historic center. Def not 4 star, 2 star at best. Lumpy bed, hard as rock pillows (asked the receptionist for a replacement but didn’t get one). No adapters in room, shower is a rathole. Def not worth 75$.

This is a nice hotel if you want to stay close to the train station, but not right next to it. The front desk staff, especially Nunzio, were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Awful hotel. If you would like to sleep then I recommend you find another hotel. Our room was at the front of the hotel and was very noisy until 3am. My pillow was terrible and i would have been better off using a towel.

For an old building, the rooms are super clean and quiet. Excellent value right in the heart of Naples and only a few minutes walk from the train station.

On turning the corner and seeing the hotel it looked very shabby and I was dreading going inside, but once inside we were greeted by very friendly staff and a nice interior. Our room was on the 4th floor so we used the lift which was fine. Our room was at the front so was noisy but coming from London we didn’t mind that and with the doors to the balcony shut it was good. Our room was nice and was refreshed every day. Breakfast was a continental breakfast so was just right to start off our day. Location was good as Napoli is a very walkable city so nothing is to far away and pizza is always on the doorstep. Only have one complaint which was terrible wi-if which everyone told them about. They said it would be fixed so hopefully it’s been resolved already

Budget friendly hotel but area somewhat sketchy.
Area seemed shady - staff were super helpful. Place was a bit run down, but they fixed the problems we identified right away. Budget friendly hotel that was very close to the historic district.

The staff at the hotel is my biggest reason for enjoying my stay here. They were very friendly as well as helpful since they called the taxi we needed to take to the airport at 2:30 in the morning; they even stayed up and made sure we got into our taxi safely before they went back to their post. The hotel was more of a place to rest and keep our luggage before our flight extremely early in the morning so we did not really explore the area around it or check out the amenities at the hotel if any. The condition of our unit was okay, though one of our curtains fell after barely touching it and one of the lightbulbs in the room was flickering during the entire stay. The tub was a little run down so shower slippers (which they provided) were necessary. The counter by the faucet of our sink was chipped in areas that would scratch my hands if I wasn't careful while washing my hands. I could tell it was an older hotel but the issues listed above were by no means a dealbreaker; the hotel served its purpose by being close to the marina that we landed at as well as being pretty close to the airport.

The staff was very nice and attentive. The area is safe, being you are at the main avenue, and there is a lot of foot traffic. The receptionist greeted us kindly and with recommendations. Loved the mural in the room, such a personal touch. You can tell it is hand painted. Also, the balcony has a motorized shutter which gave privacy and no light no entry, but cannot do much about the noise outside. We had kids playing outside in the middle of the night for two hours. Cute, but also, why aren't they in bed in the middle of a weeknight? haha.. The complementary breakfast was nice. Had some options for your basic needs. Good luck if you are vegan or gluten-free. I am not, but watch out for those who are. Oh also, the shower is small, which I have no problem with, but there is no escape from the curtain sticking to your body... Hopefully, there is a change of the curtain to a door one day. No big deal, overall, I would stay there again if I went back.

Safe, clean and affordable
I was looking for a clean, affordable hotel near the Central Station in Naples. What I found was that + a lot more. I had missed a meal so the fresh sfogliatelle were a real treat. I also got a recommendation for another hotel for my onward journey that turned out to be a real winner. Safe, clean, affordable. And the air conditioning worked great!
