This hidden gem inside the Galleria truly stood out during my travels. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the rooms are spotless. As an avid traveler who has stayed in many hotels, I can confidently say this is one of my favorites. Teresa at the front desk offered us fantastic suggestions for exploring the area, and Caterina was the sweetest person in the breakfast area. If I return to Naples, this is undoubtedly where I’ll stay.

The hotel was in a beautiful galleria in centre of a busy shopping/food area. even though it was stunning architecture, at night the galleria had lots of homeless people in cardboard box homes. Staff at hotel were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, just basic, but we knew it was. Room was clean and up to standard. everything was walkable to shops and dining.

This hotel is on the 4th floor of a very beautiful and architecturally famous shopping gallery. Staff is friendly and helpful, location is very close to shopping area with about 10-15 min walk to historic center, and 5 min walk to seaside.
