This hotel location was perfect. Across the street from central station. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. My room was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

Everything was very nice, the neighborhood is a little bit dirty with homeless people around it but generally the hotel is very nice and the room really good, big and clean!

Quirky hotel. Room is very clean and serves its purpose well. There is no lobby however and the entrance is through a somewhat sketchy area. Neither are a big issue especially for the price of the room. My only real complaint is the tobacco smoke which was overwhelming the first night and made me open the windows. It recurred again but milder later in the stay.

The hotel is right across the street from the central station. It was very convenient. Check-in was quick and easy. The room is modern and clean. The neighborhood feels a bit rough but I didn’t have any issues getting around.

It’s in front of the major train station so this both a huge advantage for those seeking convenient links to other cities, access to local metro and pickup points for tours to Amalfi , Positano , Pompeii etc. However, it is busy and a bit sketchy outside (but safe). Like most central transport hubs everywhere. Staff are super friendly and the maids amazing. Room is good - has all you need for a comfortable rest after a day of touring and walking around Napoli.

We just stayed for one night before going to the airport the next day. Lovely little hotel which is extremely modern once you get inside. We did feel a little uneasy around there area at night but I find that’s mostly the case around train stations everywhere. There’s plenty of eating places straight across the road though which were fine to come and go from and very very nice

The hotel is about a block from central train station - very convenient. The area has lots of restaurants. Our first impression was not very good because the hotel is located in, and old building and you need to walk through a hallway. We arrived in the evening and the area look dark and some questionable characters. But after we spoke to Roberto, he explained that they were traders, and that the area was safe. We went out to dinner and had no issues. The room was great - Clean with good air conditioning and bathroom was clean and a good size.

The room itself, and the bathroom and shower, were very good. The location was excellent for travel, since it was literally right by the Naples Central train station. The cigarette smoke was awful, especially upon awakening in the am, and returning at night. I'm not sure if it was from other rooms or the hall, but I coughed frequently, due to my asthma. There was also a light in the bathroom which was shorting. I mentioned it to the off-site manager in What's app, and in a note in English to the cleaners, but nothing was done. I kept it off since it was literally crackling and snapping, with sparks, when turned on. Also, there was no sign or address number outside to know where it was.

The apartment itself was very nice, modern and clean. However the surrounding area and access to the apartment is daunting with homeless people lying around and in general didn’t feel safe. I wouldn’t have ventured out of the apartment on my own. Check in wasn’t clear, you have to contact them 24 hours before you arrive howvever they don’t pick up the phone. They didn’t any info on how to get the access code. We also had no wi-fi. Details not left and they never replied to me email asking for it. The maid also came into room without knocking. She insisted on coming in to the room when we told her we didn’t need it cleaned. She then chapped on the second day which was our checkout and we had to explain to her to come back. We wouldn’t book again!

Prior to arrival, I reviewed the expectations of the property to discern if there were any tasks to be completed prior to my arrival. Strangely, I discovered that - despite a booking - the property still expected a 24-notice of your arrival. Per this request, I attempted to contact the property twice prior to arriving. It was clear that the language barrier (English/Italian) was not well-received, as whomever answered the phone the first time hung up on me. The second time I attempted to call, I was sent straight to voicemail - I presume my number was blocked. The website and host do not make it clear where this hotel is actually located. While the address is provided on this website, it was hard to locate the hotel. It is stationed in an alley between a sweets shop and what appeared to be a garage. Between construction that was taking place on property and the general surrounding area providing an unsafe atmosphere, I did not particularly enjoy the location. I feel somewhere more centrally located in another part of the city would have been preferable. A redeeming quality I found for the area was that the place had key codes to get into both the building and into the rooms themselves. The room was cozy and inviting with soft, comfy bed and pillow. There were not enough sheets provided, however. I received a single sheet with no other bedding. I felt the cleaning crew did a great job of maintaining the environment of the hotel.

Simple, No Frills Rooms Next To Transport Links

Location - Right opposite the food court of the train station so it was absolutely ideal for grabbing a quick coffee before jumping on the train to Pompeii or Sorrento. It is a bit rough but then if you hang outside any major train station you will find homeless and alcoholics and this is no exception - I had no trouble for 5 days here alone. There is a great patisserie below which is always busy, highly recommend trying it! Accommodation - This is not a hotel, there is no facilities other than your room, no help desk, no reception, and the entrance is not very clearly marked however I saw other reviews so this helped me locate it. Waited 1.5 hours outside as I got there way before check in at 12.30 - can’t be helped as I had an early flight. I did call to say I’d arrive at 11am and they said no problem but no one was there to meet me. Finally someone arrived at 12.30 to give me a code to the room. Room is modern and clean though quite small but everything you need if you just need a decent sleep and shower facilities. I would say though that the cleaners are far too handsy! They moved my belongings in the room far too much, I understand move to the side but to hang my clothes from my suitcase into the cupboard and to pack away my dirty underwear into my suitcase was a bit unnecessary. I really didn’t need the room cleaned so much, just make the bed, clean the bathroom and empty the bin would suffice. WiFi works great Air con works great Shower is powerful

Pas pour qqn qui voyage seul

Très propre et bien sécurisé mais gens louches dans la cour intérieure, fumeurs dans les couloirs qui porte à questionner la fonctionnalité des détecteurs (l’odeur évidemment s’infiltre dans les chambre), pas de couvertures dans le lit, pas d’eau chaude dans la douche, pas de réception 24/24 sur place. Entrée difficile à trouver, voir photos po ur se repérer.
