Home away from home in the heart of Naples

Amazing stay and the hosts are a lovely couple who helped us with tips and advice. The location is very central meaning you don't have to walk long to be anywhere you need to be.

Rosy and Gianni are managing this nice bed&breakfast hotel in the centre of Naples. The hotel is somewhat hidden in an inner courtyard. The rooms were modern and clean. Both were very friendly supportive during our stay, e.g. by providing restaurant and trip recommendations etc.. We would chose this hotel again for a city trip in Naples.

Excellent stay at ForiArt Relais. Very convenient to explore the city of Naples as located near the historic centre. Typical Italian breakfast in a nearby patisserie. Bus stop in front of building, metro in walking distance. Amazing landlords. Thank you Isi!

Room was clean, nice and cosy. Property is owned by very nice couple. Very good accomodation, in busy location. Rosy and her husband are great and very helpful. The only issue was the breakfast, there was really unfriendly staff at the caffeteria Rescigno, where the breakfast took place. Otherwise was everything great.

The B&B is located close to the historic Center. Easy to explore the old town. The room was big with a very high ceiling. I finally felt I had some space. Beautifully renovated and decorated. I left my cell phone behind and Isidora was so helpful in returning it to me. She also helped us with parking when we first arrived, she hopped im our car and found a Parkade for us. Naples is a crazy city to drive in and parking is even crazier. I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful B&B

Accueil chaleureux par Rosy et Gianni. Très bonne communication en amont de notre arrivée et bon service (chauffeur privé payant depuis l’aéroport, conseil restaurant). Hébergement très bien situé. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Café / thé à disposition. Petit déjeuner inclus dans une boulangerie bar à proximité. Seul bémol pour nous, l’insonorisation. Notre chambre donnait côté rue et était assez bruyante. Pour les personnes ayant un sommeil sensible, prévoyez des boules quies.

Gutes B&B in zentraler Lager

Vor der Anreise und am Empfang war der Kontakt durch Rosy und Gianni sehr nett. Sie hatten alles vorebereitet und uns alles notwendige erläutert. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wasser wurde immer aufgefüllt und die Reinigung war täglich. Die Lage ist in diesem Fall ein Fluch und ein Segen. Alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar (Bahnhof, U-Bahn, Zentrum, Restaurants, etc.) aber es ist sehr lebendig und der Verkehr ist frequent und laut. Somit kann man Nachts nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen, denn die Luft im Zimmer ist relativ warm, obwohl es milde 10 Grad über Nacht war. Das Frühstück wird in einem Cafe 200m entfernt angeboten. Typisch italienisches Cafe/Bäckerei mit Kellnern die kein Wort Englisch sprechen hat es schwer mit der Kommunikation gestaltet. Sie waren aber stets bemüht und hilfsbereit und die Speißen waren OK.

Soggiorno fantastico con la famiglia a cavallo di Capodanno. Le camere sono ancora meglio di quanto appare in foto, arredate con gusto e pulite con cura. La posizione è davvero comoda, in centro, su una via trafficata ma silenziosa, a due passi dalle principali attrazioni. Ottima la colazione alla pasticceria sotto la struttura, ma buonissimo anche il caffè alla macchinetta a disposizione e molto graditi gli omaggi nel frigobar. Ciliegina sulla torta i titolari: cordiali, appassionati, pronti a fornire consigli e a soddisfare ogni bisogno. Consigliatissimo!
