Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We waited at the door for an hour before a store manager called the owner. Then it took another hour to sort things out between the owner and hotels.com. the reservation changed and the small groupof three had to split between two B&B "hotels". Although, the second B is for breakfast, there wasn't a coffee machine on the floor or room.
