Very central location on Piazza Dante in an authentic building.
Walkable distance to the best eateries, the port and other sites. Metro is in the square too for further trips. Good links to the main station
The hotel staff were super friendly and very helpful.
Spacious rooms, with nice spacious bathrooms and big beds. Our room had two balconies and the best view of the square.
I would stay here again.

My wife and I truly enjoyed the property. The location was excellent. Walked to many restaurants in the area. Shopping was all around. Felice is a very nice host as well as Tonia, who kept our room very nice.

Places to stay in Naples are a bit bizarre, you can't seem to get into places with ease and things are never advertised properly.
We had a family room, TVs didn't work, Bed very uncomfortable but great pillows. The place was just a bit bare and weird. Pretty sure we were meant to have breakfast included but no mention of it. Plus WiFi did not work throughout our stay so missed out on a chance to do work.

Da evitare, pessima esperienza.
Avevamo scelto questa struttura per le ottime recensioni, ma quello che abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo è stato incredibile.
Nel 2025, una struttura alberghiera nel centro di una città d'arte così importante come Napoli, non riesce a tenere standard di pulizia nemmeno lontanamente sufficienti.
Capelli e peli ovunque, tappezzeria macchiata, federe e sottofedere macchiate e ingiallite.
Volevamo andare via e riavere i nostri soldi, ma non è stato possibile, nonostante avessimo anche parlato telefonicamente con il proprietario della struttura, che si è rilevato essere persona arrogante e poco disponibile.
La soluzione da loro proposta è stata farci attendere più di un'ora, per ripetere la pulizia della camera, che poi si è rivelata essere comunque insufficiente per le condizioni della struttura.
Da evitare.

Hotel em um prédio antigo é bem localizado em Nápoles, sem café da manhã. São apenas alguns quartos de bom tamanho e com banheiro bom, porém água não esquentou. Localização boa em frente ao metrô, mas a avenida com muito movimento e barulho.
