Staff were amazing, helping my friend to get to the hotel late at night from the airport when there was a general strike. They really went above and beyond. Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was fine. Easy walking distance to metro and tram for the city centre.

My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed overnight at this hotel during transit. The hotel staff and services were excellent and breakfast buffet was very good, ensuring my daughter gluten-free needs were met. We would definitely stay here again for a overnight r longer!

All we needed was a bed before an early flight and it gave us that. The staff was nice and helpful but the bed was hard, the towels were threadbare and there was no hot water. The wifi was also not working and the room itself was very noisy.

Recommend. Staff very helpful. Room clean was just what we needed. Spent the one night before flying out of Naples. We left early in the am by taxi approximately 10/15 minutes to airport.

The hotel was clean and staff were lovely and friendly. It was on a major road so was quite noisy at times although once inside the hotel courtyard it was much diminished. Our room was well proportioned but the only window was too high up the wall to see through and faced out to the busy road and was adjacent to a tram stop. We know there are other rooms with better windows. Breakfast was continental style and plenty on offer. We didnt have any coffee or tea facilities in the room but you can order coffee via room service. Having the tram stop right outside was very convenient for getting into the heart of Naples quickly (10 min)

We just needed a place to stay last minute before a very early flight. The place was good what stood out is the man running it. He was just amazing! So nice! Got my wife coffee at 3:30 am and had a taxi waiting and ready to go when we needed to leave. Maybe the nicest person we met our entire trip to Italy!
