The room was very clean, everything seemed new, in a Scandinavian style. They look exactly like the website show. Staff were friendly and helpful. Near a couple of subway stations and many restaurants. If you are going to be taking the train a lot to go to Sorrento, Pompeii, Ercolano, etc. take into account that walking to either Toledo or Municipio subway station, taking the subway to Garibaldi, and walking to Napoli Centrale, takes about 40 minutes. A minor thing, there were not a lot of outlets to charge phones; we had to disconnect the lamps. Also, the WiFi was very slow and disconnected often. That resulted in my photos not being able to sync properly to the cloud, giving storage problems the following day when I wanted to take more pictures.

Excellent emplacement, chambre propre. L'insonorisation n'est pas très bonne mais les 2 chambres voisines étaient occupées par des hôtes calmes. Petit-déjeuner obligatoirement servi dans la chambre.

La camera è molto piccola, il letto è praticamente attaccato alla parete e c'è difficoltà anche a scendere, la finestra si affaccia sulla gradinata interna che è coperta, quindi la camera è priva di aria e luce. La colazione è scarsa.

La camera era davvero molto piccola, ma c'era tutto quello che doveva esserci e anche il bagno era molto confortevole. Colazione (puntualissima!) servita in camera anziché in sala. Personale molto accogliente e servizievole. Da ricordare!

Centrally located with free room service

This hotel was wonderful in many ways. From the check-in promise to the living area which was spacious. Hotel was centrally located to all major sites and also the port. Breakfast was also prompt each morning. Overall great stay.

Es la segunda vez que me alojó, y estuvo muy bien, tanto la habitación como la limpieza. Solo deberían mejorar la calidad de internet, y arreglar algunos detalles mínimos en el cuarto de baño , como acomodar disposición del duchador y ajustar el porta papel.

La posizione è ideale per partire alla scoperta della città. Via Chiaia è strategicamente posta vicino al porto, ai quartieri Spagnoli, a Spaccanapoli, Castel dell’Ovo,ecc. Comunque a mio parere la vera anima di Napoli sono i Napoletani: veramente unici.

Great location

Little hard to find at first as an American but the location is amazing right by everything you would want to do in Naples. Friendly staff and good sized rooms with air conditioning that works really well. Great price as well.

Simples, mas ótima localização

Ambiente simples de BB, com atendimento muito simpático e prestativo de todos. Mas a localização é otima. Do lado da praça do Plebiscito e da Via Toledo, e a uns 500m do metrô. Fomos a pé para o porto de onde saem os barcos para Capri. Também fomos a pé para a Riviera de Chiaia, que é um local com calçadão e vários bares/restaurantes.

Overall a nice place to say with a small kitchen and nice bathroom. The bed was like sleeping on cardboard though so it’s hard to enjoy the room without a good nights sleep.
