This property sits on a large corner lot nicely landscaped, a must see to appreciate. has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms master bedroom totally away from other 2 bedrooms it has sitting area tv and sound system sliding door off master suite to enclosed linai and pool area, also 2 walking closets vanity with double sinks a large bathtub, walking shower with 2 shower heads. a large kitchen, with granite tops eating area facing sliding glass door to covered linai which has entertaining space tv, sound system pool and whirl pool. dining room and living room with 14' ceilings laundry room, 2 car garage, Location within 3/4 miles to the beach, 6 to 8 blocks to the marinas, every aspect of shopping and eating just blocks away.

Great home

Lovely and very friendly neighborhood! The home was beautiful and extremely livable. The lake in the back yard afforded us close up views of many types of shore birds, an otter, bunnies, and even a bald eagle. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this home unhesitatingly
