Beautifully maintained landscaped grounds with saltwater heated pool, spa, cabanas, outdoor bar area with wi-fi access, fitness room, tennis courts and BBQ areas with gas grills. Secure gated community. Clubhouse available for games of social events.

Ideal location minutes from world class shopping at Coconut Point Mall and Miromar Outlets with over 100 stores and a short trip to Southwest Florida International airport. Many restaurants, six beaches and four public golf courses nearby. Spring training for the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins only 20 miles away.
