Book somewhere else.

There was no internet reception in the buildning and the wifi didnt work. Bed was like a concrete slab. Did not provide soap. Overall really bad, dont book this.

Great location but needs work on the wi-fi

The room was suitable for a short stay, there was also a well-functioning fridge in the common area (shared among five rooms on the second floor of the building). The breakfast was served in a nearby restaurant where the owner welcomed guests in person and introduced herself, which was a nice gesture. The breakfast was basic, but tasty. There was a minor confusion during check in where it was not clear where to go (there was only a message at the entrance door which had a typo in English and so was not well comprehensive for non-Italian speakers) and then a slight delay while the owner confirmed (via phone) that the room was prepaid. This was not a major problem though. I also did not understand why taking a copy of my passport when my data were shared by hotels.com, but, as I do not speak Italian and the hosts did not speak good English, I chose not to object. Less pleasant was the wi-fi, which, besides not offering secure connection, was extremely slow, barely working (especially on the phone). The host explained that many people are using it, but this is no excuse in my view; it signals that there would be need to invest in stronger wi-fi coverage (at least for those rooms that the one I stayed at was part of). With stronger and secured wi-fi connection, I think this B&B would offer everything needed for a shorter stay.

Si trova in una postazione ottima , a due passi da piazza del plebiscito e dal Porto , un po’ deludente la struttura in sè, delle stanze in un vecchio palazzo, ascensore scomodo , bagno con sanitari vecchissimi e usurati , le fughe delle piastrelle della doccia tutte nere . Per fortuna che è stato solo per una notte , infatti abbiamo nostro malgrado evitato di fare la doccia . La nostra stanza si affacciava su un cortile interno , pertanto non era abbastanza arieggiata . Ho purtroppo anche avuto la sensazione che nell’atrio c’era cattivo odore di spazzatura, dovuto al posizionamento dei cassonetti , e sicuramente anche al caldo . Non ritornerò sicuramente

ナポリでリーズナブルに泊まれるホテル

宿泊先に予約がちゃんと伝わっていないという多少のトラブルがありましたが無事チェックインできました。チェックイン場所がホテルから数件離れたバッグ屋さんだったので分かりにくいです。もう少し前もって情報があればと思います。ホテルの立地はとても便利なところで申し分ありません。 部屋のシャワーは貯めたお水を電気でお湯にするタイプなので、2人連続して使用するとお湯が水になりお湯が出るまでしばらくかかります。要注意。朝食を用意てくれた2人の女性(特にMariaさん)がとても親切で、スマホアプリを使ってイタリア語を英語に翻訳しながら会話を楽しみました。食事もシンプルだけどおいしかったです。

Un enfant qui hurle chaque soirs de 22h à minuit ... les murs fins comme du papier qui laisse passer absolument tous les bruits et notamment les personnes qui rentrent chez elles dans la nuit. Une chambre minuscule sans fenêtre vers l’extérieur. Un petit-dej composé d’un simple croissant qu’on doit manger dans sa chambre. Les personnels est très agréable mais tout ce qui est autour laisse à désiré. Je trouve le prix excessif pour cette médiocre prestation.

Escroquerie en bande organisée !

Pour la modique somme de 50 euros par nuit, vous n'aurez droit dans ce B&B qu'à un placard de 1,5m2 au 1er etage sur cour, avec une penderie a 3 cintres sans étagères et une micro salle de bain avec une cuvette cassée !! Autant dire du vol. Le personnel ne prend pas soin de vous répondre par mail et vous fait payer le séjour avant même d'avoir découvertle pot aux roses.....pour cette somme vous pourrez trouver n'importe quel hotel 3 etoiles de la ville une chambre digne de ce nom avec un service. Cs fut mon expérience la plus éprouvante et la plus désespérante de tous mes séjours, je vous conseille de fuir ce B&B. Cet établissement ne devrait même pas avoirle droit d'exercer ni d'être référencé sur des sites qui se disent au service des voyageurs. La climatisation ne marche pas, les piles de la télécommande sont usées et le système qui se déclenche tout seul toutes les 10 minutes fait un bruit d'enfer qui ne permet pas de fermer l'oeil de la nuit !!!

Napoli amica!!

Salve a tutti. Il B&B Napoli si trova proprio nel punto più bello di Napoli, ad un passo da P.zza Plebiscito. Le camere sono confortevoli e la colazione squisita. Il personale del b&b è affidabile e molto socievole, offrono molti servizi e consigli vari per passare un ottima vacanza. Per quanto mi riguarda non ci è voluto molto per instaurare un rapporto confidenziale ed amichevole con lo Staff. Un ottimo soggiorno che ripeterò appena mi sarà possibile!

B&B nel cuore di Napoli

Nella centralissima via Chiaia, si trova questo B&B di recente ristrutturazione che stanno finendo di completare, ultimando i lavori per allestire la reception. Situato in un antico palazzo mette a disposizione 10 camere molto pulite con aria condizionata, dove la mattina viene servita la colazione in camera a diversi orari dalle 8 alle 10,30. Ulteriore punto di forza è la gentilezza e l'ospitalità che il titolare sig. Enzo riserva a gli ospiti. consigliatissimo considerando inoltre la posizione strategica per la vostra visita di Napoli, in quanto sarete in pieno centro a due passi da p.zza del Plebiscito, il Maschio Angioino e via Toledo.

Bien situé

Jolie chambre mais la clim ne fonctionne vraiment pas très bien (pourtant mise à fond pendant plusieurs heures). On a eu du mal à trouver la "réception" vue qu'elle est installée dans un magasin de vêtements en "travaux". Sinon le personnel est sympathique la chambre est propre. Il serait appréciable d'avoir au moins deux chaises pour prendre le petit déjeuner en chambre parce que assis sur le lit c'est pas pratique.

situation géographique: si vous ne connaissez pas Napoli, l'endroit est extrêmement central et vous avez accès à tout: le centre ville, les îles, le port,la vielle ville ... rapport qualité prix idéal la chambre que l'on avait était comme sur les photos, donc aucune déception, moderne, propre, confortable, design, en duplex, wifi accessible. vraiment parfaite et je pèse mes mots! le service: c'est un point trés important si vous ne connaissez pas la ville, là le propriétaire (une personne extémement sympathique et présente) nous à donné des conseils, nous a commandé un taxi pour repartir à l'aéroport au tarif unique (environ 25euros)! le petit déjeuner était servi directement dans la chambre et était trés bien aussi. je n'ai que des bons points pour cette hotel ou B&B, j'ai rarement vu une qualité de services et de prestation pour un hotel, je le conseillerais aux gens autour de moi et aux personnes lisant ce message.

la posizione di questo b&b è eccezionale, centrale in una zona vicina al centro a due passi da piazza Plebiscito, il personale è molto gentile, e, se si ignora il passaggio in un androne e nel vano scala comuni del palazzo, anche le camere sono sufficientemente ampie e confortevoli, un pochino deludente la pulizia giornaliera che ho giudicato appena sufficiente, sarebbe utile un tappeto nell'ingresso anche per non entrare in camera con le scarpe tanto sporche (non aiuta la scala comune poco pulita), pulite le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. La colazione è abbondante (un enorme cornetto al cioccolato, caffè, succo di frutta) e servita direttamente in camera. Mancano una cassaforte in camera ed un migliore servizio di cortesia in bagno (c'è solo un dispenser di sapone liquido)
