Mariapia ensured we had a lovely experience, she was a highlight of the trip! The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and we had access to a nice kitchen area. The B&B is in a great neighborhood, super walkable and nearby to many delicious restaurants. I would absolutely return!

I liked the location , in historical part of the city we walked everywhere everything was accessible, What I found was not great is that the rooms very tiny and some old junk in the anyway narrow hallway. There are only 4 rooms and 3 showers on the other side of the apartment , the water heating system is weird, its either you shower in cold water or there is super hot burning water comes out , could figure out what's going on The host Maria was nice and helpful however the other host made us feel very unwelcome , my children named him simply "The angry guy" . I think because we were making tea at the kitchen I wasn't aware that we not suppose to use it . he came to us seem very angry and asked how long we going to use it for.. If one runs B&B he should be more welcoming not looking angry. could be he had bad day or maybe just improve his communication skills I don't know, but I know that I would not recommend this place to stay .

The worst and most horrible experience ever

We had a three-night reservation at the Astra. I informed them two days before our arrival the time we would arrive. I got a reply to the message that someone is waiting for us. When we arrived as scheduled on Friday evening, they told they were overbooked. The owner offered us accommodation three kilometers from the center. I told them I wouldn't accept this, but they had no other choice. I didn´t accept it and because of that we had to find a new hotel for ourselves on Friday night at 10pm. On Saturday we were able to check in to Astra. We were supposed to have a room that can fit three people, but the room was still a small room for two people. However, the worst thing was the accommodation was extremely poor. The toilet was supposed to be only our private use, but I noticed someone else use it too. Also, the bathroom was dirty and toilet seat was broken. There were birds in a cage in the kitchen and there was no mention of this anywhere when I made the reservation. And I´m allergic to birds. The bar downstairs played music all night long. For these reasons we had to check out on Sunday and look for a new accommodation for one more night. I have made a complaint, but Astra refuses to refund us anything.

Enkelt boende nära viktiga sevärdheter. Jättegullig och trevlig värdinna! Otroligt hjälpsam och rar! Är man petig med att allt måste vara hög standard och nyaste av allt ska man välja annat boende. Mi sono sentito come a casa

Situato in posizione strategica a 10 min a piedi dalla stazione e vicinissimo alle vie centrali. La posizione permette di girare Napoli tranquillamente a piedi senza usare i mezzi (che comunque sono molto vicini) Camere con bagno privato anche se esterno alla camera. La proprietaria gentilissima sempre disponibile per ogni problema fornendo anche ottime informazioni su cosa vedere, dove mangiare e come arrivarci. Colazione ottima con caffè direttamente dalla moka e cornetto di pasticceria. Se ne avrò la possibilità ci ritornerò molto volentieri

Maria is een super host. Zij helpt je en is zeer vriendelijk . De bed and breakfast ligt zeer centraal en dichtbij de grote stations. Het ontbijt was goed. Het keukentje is klein en als is oud.

Sono arrivato presso la struttura e la responsabile mi ha trasferito presso un altro “hotel”, Rifugio del conte, per motivi non ben definiti, che si trovava in una palazzina abitata. Qui ho trovato un personale molto cordiale e disponibile. La stanza, molto piccola ma sufficiente per una persona, era dotata di un bagno privato in cui vi era soltanto mezzo rotolo di carta igienica, quindi usata, solo due tovaglie rigorosamente sporche, era assente il phon, ma soprattutto il bagno non era dotato di un bidet, sostituito da un doccino. La doccia era visibilmente sporca a terra e si tappava subito dopo nemmeno 3 minuti. Mancava anche un tappetino in bagno. Da dentro la stanza si sentiva ogni minimo rumore o il rumore dell’acqua scorrere. Zero stelle
