Trimarchi House is a cozy and bright apartment, located in the heart of Naples, where you can admire the beauty of the Neapolitan cribs, or Via dei Tribunali, where you can enjoy the best pizzas. It is also well connected to the University underground station.
A double bed with a double bed and an armchair that becomes a single bed. In fact, six people sleep comfortably in this structure.
Obviously there is a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking and preparation. Also a bathroom with a shower.
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and free.
Near the house there are many restaurants, pizzerias, shops, bars, pastry shops, ice cream parlors and all the sights of Naples.
In fact, a few steps away you will find the Cathedral of San Gennaro, Museum of Modern Mother Art, Underground Naples, I Decumani, Filangieri Museum, Museum of the Treasure of San Gennaro, Chapel of San Severo where there is the famous Veiled Christ, National Archaeological Museum (Greeks-Romans-Egyptians), Monastery of Santa Chiara, Pio Monte of Mercy (seven works of Mercy of Caravaggio), Via Toledo etc.

Very nice Location has most everything you need close by. The neighborhood is very busy and noisy during the day but gets very quiet at night and slept very well while we were there.

Loved the area. Lots of places to eat and shop. Close to all the things we planned on doing. We enjoyed visiting the nearby churches. We loved the tour of the Veiled Christ.

Convenient location

Clean and comfortable with a helpful host. Thank you Salvatore. We walked many miles from the house around the city and ate lots of good food. Easy walk to the train station.

Great space in Naples

We enjoyed our stay in this property. It was conveniently located between the train station and the port- easily walkable. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Our host, Salvatore, made us feel welcome - offering sightseeing tips and restaurant suggestions. I would definitely stay here again.

More than gracious host!

Everything was fantastic, the host met us at check in and shared his tips and recommendations for the area. He even helped us map out our adventures while there. He even had a binder and a few books showcasing the area and his personal recommendations.

Great spot!

The location was very central to Napoli and the attention given by proprietor, in terms of check-in, showing us the amenities and even helped us with our luggage and personally showed us where to drop off luggage as we were leaving. He was very attentive and gave us a full run down of spots of interest in the vicinity. A great stay in a charming and dynamic city!

Enjoyed our stay. Should definitely put something in listing about stairs, thank goodness my son was able to carry my luggage because I never would have made it. Wonderful city and location was convenient to great food and activities!

Great location. Close to train, ferrys, bus and Metro

The apartment is very clean it has a nice kitchen and bathroom. There is a master bedroom and two sofabeds in the open space of the living room/dining room. Salvadore was helpful with communication and check in. He is avery welcoming host.

Great location in Naples

Highly recommend. Location was central for walking to what we wanted to see. The apartment was very clean and had all the basics we needed. Our host was gracious and helpful - spent time to give recommendations on what to see, where to eat. He responded quickly anytime we had a question and even arranged a taxi for us to the station. This was a great place and great host. Highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment central to Naples

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Salvatore met us at the location, handed us the keys and made sure we were familiar with all the equipment and features in the apartment. It is centrally located to the entertainment and shopping district so expect a bit of a louder setting. The shower was excellent and had good water pressure. Sal made very good recommendations as far as restaurants and places to visit. The bed was comfortable Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Convenient spot for a quick trip

The apartment was as pictured. It was located conveniently, near restaurants and the train station. The host was very kind and helpful. He provided several recommendations for meals and things to do.

Owner was terrific!!

We had a few travel mishaps while we were in Naples. 😩 Salvatore was more than helpful in translating our situation and calling a taxi for us. It was nice to have a local person that we could ask questions to and count on while we were in Naples. Apartment was very clean.

Preview to Life in Naples

We had a planned tour and this place was just a one day stay before the tour started. If you are looking into a day in the life of resident of Naples; this place will give you the experience. Within walking distance is the nice place with Pizza for dinner: a local bakery for breakfast; preview of Naples city nigh life and really kind people. The Host did go out of the way to help us plan our day there.

Overall the apartment was fine and easy to walk to many locations. Salvatore made the check-in and checkout process easy and it was easy to communicate with him. The only issue was the hot water for a family of four. None of us take long showers, but the hot water didn't last long.

Great apartment

Apartment is a well quipped apartment in a really good location, lots of restaurants and street food sellers means you don't have to travel far at the end of the day. However as has been said previously the stairs upto the apartment can be a bit of a challenge if you have heavy luggage or are not to mobile. Salvatore was really helpful and communication was excellent, he gave us some good advice about where to go around the area. If you decide to stay here I would recommend a short visit to Chiesa Museo di Santa Luciella ai Librai which is only a short distance from apartment. We will look to book this apartment again if we come back to Naples.

Heart of Naples!

What a fun stay. Great apartment right in the heart of a bustling city center. Your choice of wonderful shops, bars and restaurants at your doorstep. Easy access to the Metro if you want to explore outside of the center. Salvatore is a generous host with helpful information. Parking is a bit of a nightmare if you drive in, but eventually found a great private lot (Rinaldi)...bit of a walk but cheapest and safe! La Figlia del Presidente - great pizza around the corner. Dined in once and then did take away as it's a cheaper option. Enjoy!

The price was fair for the location,however, the photo was not taken on this property. I was under the impression that it was much closer to the ocean. Salvatore was great to wait for us when our train arrived late, and then to give us a good overview of how to get around our area,sights to see while in Napoli. He is a good host

Nice accommodation

Salvatore was easy to communicate with, helped us navigate through some parking lot issues. Check in was easy and he gave us recommendations of places to see, etc. For checkout, we left the keys on the table. Not easy to drive in this area, would not recommend driving. The stairs could be an issue for someone with mobility issues. Place was clean, had everything we needed, appreciated the laundry machine. If you turn left out of the property, a whole stretch of markets and restaurants were at your fingertips. Had a real feel of Italian culture and generally felt safe. It’s a 30 minute drive to Pompeii and we walked 11 minutes to meet the tour bus that took us to Sorrento, Positano and the Amalfi Coast. Thank you Salvatore!

Easy stroll to essential sites, Metro stops, and good eats.

The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a typical historical city centre low rise; stairs only; no lift. The listing's description is accurate, and in general, so are the photos. The wall between the kitchen & the living/dining room is no longer there, making for an even more airy space. The host, Salvatore, is great; from questions before booking, to WhatsApp messaging afterwards. He met us at check-in, and gave us lots of info about the area and Naples (and helped me with my suitcase up the stairs). He was also very responsive with follow-up questions. He is a gentleman and a 5-star host. The flat is in the Decumani area, and allowed us to easily walk to all 15+ sites during our 17 nights stay, including one of 3 Metro stops that took us to one of the 3 Naples train stations to get to sites further afield. There are numerous choices for restaurants, take-out eats, pastries, coffee/tea/drinks, & gelato in walking distance, or a one/two Metro stop away. The rooms were comfortable for our January stay. There is a small balcony & two other windows that allow for outside air. We used the two heater/air-con units (living room & bedroom) on the few cooler nights. The small capacity laundry machine was also appreciated. We were very happy with the flat and its host. I would definitely recommend this rental for your Naples stay, but would note that the stairs have tall rises (compared to North American standards), which may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns.
