Get upgraded unwillingly

Got upgraded from the apartment to the actual hotel. Very nice, but then we had no kitchen which was bad for us. We didn’t get to choose between hotel or apartment.

This apartment is in a good location in Naples. It is the only area I would consider staying with my family as elsewhere is quite unsafe. There was no sound- proofing in the apartment and this was a little annoying. The lift to the apartment was good. The apartment was clean but a little run down. There were no spare pillows, but plenty of towels and shower amenities. The staff at the hotel where you pick up the key where average. It did feel as though we were staying in the less good location compared to the total. But it worked better for our family. Be careful when taking a taxi to this area as the taxi drivers seem to believe they can rip you off as it is in the “rich area”. You need to barter them to an appropriate fee!

L'appartamento ha delle potenzialità enormi : ottima location vicino al lungo mare Caracciolo, vicino a buoni posti per mangiare, in edificio storico, molto spaziosi gli interni... però come segnalato da altri utenti difetta di manutenzione : si smonta il porta asciugamani, il porta cartaigenica, si muovono delle piastrelle del pavimento, alcune sedie sono instabili... Non mi spiego davvero il perché : se si pensa poi che i locali appartengono al prestigioso grand hotel Excelxior! !!??

La situacion es muy buena, una zona para relajarte despues del caos de la zona vieja. Las sabanas y toallas fantasticas, pero la weeb da a equivocacion sobre la cantidad de dormitorios, eramos 5, y parecia q iban a ser 2 dormitorios, ya q estaban decorados con distintas cortinas y en el salon un sofa cama y la realidad era 1, grande con cama de matrimonio y una single, y comunicado con un sofa doble en el salon, no tan comodo.

Great stay - not exactly the city

Woild recommend staying at these apartments for a very nice affordable stay. But wouldn’t suggest going to Naples unless you say a day trip each day.

Apartamento e banheiro super espaçosos e localização excelente. Todo o atendimento é feito por funcionários do Hotel Excelsior e estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. Melhor localização em Napoli. Próximo a bares e restaurantes.

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was spacios, big restroom, also good location. It's more worth than the price. I would definitely stay at this apartment if I have another chance to visit Naples.

４人家族なら最高のコスパ

51.2㎡ととにかく広いです。２ベッドルームあります。一つはソファーベッドですがキングサイズです。簡単なキッチンに食器、カトラリーは有りますが、火気はありません。 チェックイン・チェックアウトは建物の裏手、徒歩１分のEurostars Hotel Excelsiorで行います。 アパートメントスタイルなので、部屋の掃除やタオル交換はありません。頼むと別料金となります(1回３０ユーロ)。トイレットペーパーは電話またはエクセルシオールのフロントに言っておくと夕方にはドアの前に置いてありました。 窓がサッシでなく密閉性に欠けるので、バールなど賑やかなお店が近にあるので、夜はけっこうやかましいです。でも冷房は各部屋に１台ずつあり、よく効いて快適でした。 ナポリ滞在中５泊をこのホテル、最後の１泊だけエクセルシオールに泊まりました。 建物自体が海に面してないので窓から海やヴェスヴィオ山は望めません。ナポリ滞在が１泊だけなら海沿いのホテルのSea Viewのお部屋をお勧めしますが、４人家族で連泊するならサンタルチア地区で最高のコスパだと思います。徒歩数分でお勧めしたい美味しいレストランがいくつもあり便利です。通りに出れば卵城も目の前です。
