This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the train station. The room I had was spacious, quite clean and overlooked the street. I was comfortable and would definitely stay again. The breakfast was decent

Check in late. A bit difficult but we woke the receptionist via phone.(Quite a problem that he did not speak english) Room was nice, clean and with aircon. A bit sparse ann the smallest shower place i ever seen. Staff very friendly, smili g and helpful. Good central place with a fair price. Breakfast complementary at the owners cafe downstairs.

Great value for money

Family-run , make you feel very welcome, room is comfortable with niceties such as a common room where you can make coffee and tea, breakfast is good, coffee is awesome and service is superb. maybe a bit hard to find, entrance is solo, but the location is absolutely super convenient to the train station or the airport shuttle.

Good hotel near to the Napoli Centrale Statzioni

We had great communication from the host Ramona, and it was a smooth check-in and check-out process. The way to the property might not be the most appealing but it is located very near to the Central station in a local neighbourhood which gives a good feel of the local life. The room was very clean, had everything you would need and was good sized too. The host Ramona was very helpful and was very responsive to our requests as well. I would surely recommend this property if youre looking for something easy to reach with good price and great quality.

Highly recommended budget stay in Naples

Highly recommended as a budget stay in Naples. Friendly, family run, anxious to please, and great location-- close to the train station but not overrun with busyness. Also close to a metro station and the Alibus stop with access to the airport. And, close to Rick Steve's Naples walk! At first, I thought it would be hard to find, but it wasn't-- on arrival at the Centrale Station, head out the front and there will be a broad mall-like boulevard and subterranean shopping mall. Follow the boulevard (Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi) /mall until almost the end of the mall area. Via Silvio Spaventa will be to the left. Note that Anna's is on a second floor and shares access with Hotel Cineholiday Napoli. (aka: Holiday Hotel). Don't be put off by grafitti and the oldness of the buildings-- you are in Naples! I thought Anna's was a gem and would return there without hesitation.

Basic accommodation in a good location

A grim entrance and a dilapidated stairway leads to Annas House b&b. I was allocated a room in the annexe that was basic but clean with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, tv and en suite bathroom. Breakfast at an allocated time was adequate but felt rushed in the 30 minutes allowed. The room was quiet, reasonably priced, and ideally located for exploring Naples.

For the price we got what we paid for. The staff was helpful, friendly, and very accomodating. The rooms were dated, small shower, ac didn't work well and stopped working in the middle of the night. Very close to the train station, and restaurants near by.

;00I chose Anna's Family because of its proximity to railway station and concierge available 24/7, but concierge was not speaking English AT ALL, so he was useless. Breakfast was very primitive and they assign you your time! (7:00, or 7:30,or 8:00... It was very uncomfortable!) I regret my choice, would not recommend it.

Les chambres sont correctes, simples mais propres. La salle de bain est propre aussi par contre la douche extrêmement petite, des personnes en suepoifs auront du mal à se laver sans devoir ouvrir les portes et encore...La clim dans notre chambre restait bloquer à 25 degrés ce qui ne rapporte rien et ouvrir les fenêtres vers la rue ne permet pas de dormir, très bruyant même après minuit.

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour, accueil sympa, chambre propre avec ménage tous les jours.Literie confortable, petit déjeuner très bon, sucré, salé, gâteaux maison.L'hotel est très bien situé à côté de la gare et du métro, très bien pour partir visiter.Il y a plusieurs restaurants autour de la gare qui sont très bien.Seul bémol, une douche très petite. Nous recommandons cet hôtel tenu par des personnes très sympathiques.

Vicina alla stazione centrale e, con una breve passeggiata, al centro. Se bisogna recarsi più lontano è cmq comoda perché vicina alla metro. Ristoranti, negozi... tutto a portata di mano. Le persone in struttura con cui mi sono interfacciata sono state tutte gentili! Il b&b dispone di un'area comune con acqua e altro a disposizione della clientela, molto importante! Struttura pulitissima, la camera con qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione da effettuare, ma nel complesso un'ottima sistemazione!
